I cannot shout loudly enough about this wonderful independent Nothing was too much trouble and they were so helpful John Lewis now uses overseas call centres to arrange fitting of electrical appliances and reading from a script meant the call handler could not answer really basic but crucial questions Carters were the same on price and the help and support was brilliant
