Highly recommended I had issues rearranging the delivery date with the delivery company I contacted Caffe Italia and informed them of my issues They were always prompt to reply Matteo and Guilio looked into the matter and helped me re-arrange the delivery I now have my Gaggia Anima and can now start my day with a wonderfully aromatic espresso Yes to buying from Caffe Italia Yes to buying a Gaggia Anima

Overall positive experience

I was a bit sceptical at first given some of the other reviews but ordered a Rancilio Silvia Pro X and Sage the Smart Grinder Pro combo for a very good price It took a few days to dispatch the order 4 I think but after that the delivery to UK was very quick shipped on Friday and it was delivered on Monday It was packaged very well the coffee machine was even shipped on a small pallet

Great experience Rancilio Silvia Pro X

I ordered a Rancilio Silvia Pro X coffee machine and a Sage the Smart Grinder Pro for a very competitive price I paid by credit card I received a despatch notice on the fifth business day after my order and the items were delivered by DHL Express three days later which was a pleasant surprise given that they were coming from Italy The items were exceptionally well packaged with no damage They had European plugs but there were two UK converters supplied Everything appears to be in good working order Overall very pleased with the price the delivery service and the items

If one wants to buy quality coffee machines this is the place They stock renowned brands and their customer services is by far the best and a very proactive team The delivery was made within a few days as promised and very well packaged Will definitely recommend Caff Italia to anyone looking to buy at the best prices available

I couldn t be more pleased

I ordered an e b labs moka pot similar to the famous Bialleti but made of much higher quality materials and which uses a custom designed filter with finer holes than the Bialleti It s beautifully made with subtle branding and in jet black They are made in Italy and as far as I can tell in the UK they are only available from Caffe Italia I couldn t be more pleased with the coffee maker and considering it s xmas and Covid is raging the pot was delivered by FedEx in good time Caffe Italia sells many interesting high quality coffee products and the site is worth a visit

I cannot recommend enough

I cannot recommend enough great service and Matteo was extremely helpful I have originally owned coffee machines such as Delonghi and Nespresso but they never quite tasted like coffee purchased from a coffee shop that was until I purchased a Gaggia machine It takes a while to perfect the milk frothing but it has been well worth it I found Caffe Italia gave me some great advice in helping me choose the right machine for me and their service has been amazing Thank you so much

Crem The One

I bought a Crem expresso machine Fed Ex who were the courier were very poor at communicating and delayed the shipment Matteo did his best to keep me informed and after receiving my machine offered some funds back to me as a way of making up for the delay The machine came well packed and is beautiful and a pleasure to use Happy with my purchase

I retired my 16yr old Gaggia Classic

I retired my 16yr old Gaggia Classic and bought a new Gaggia Classic Pro Thunder Black It looks terrific the steam wand is a great upgrade and it runs quieter The cappuccinos are barista standard and looking forward to years of enjoyment Coffee Italia have a great selection at a fair price and speedy delivery

Marco was fantastic happy to answer allmy questions and discuss service parts when required I look forward to receiving my new machine and I look forward to giving it a much deserved review Just a warning I tried to pay by Bank Transfer I would avoid this method of payment as a non business account My fault not on Caff Italia UK at all
