I had a good experience buying a VBM here I received a track-and-trace and received the order within a week in very good state The seller Matteo also responded very quick and helpful on my question regarding the product I recommend Caff Italia as a trustworthy seller of good quality coffee machines and good service

Excellent customer service from Caffe Italia I bought a bean-to-cup machine from them a couple of years ago they provided excellent advice on choosing the most appropriate model for my needs which resulted in me being very happy with my final choice a Gaggia Magenta Prestige More recently I have been looking to upgrade my machine once again Caffe Italia thank you Matteo have gone out of their way to provide tailored advice on selecting the most suitable machine This advice is much appreciated as high-end bean-to-cup coffee machines represent a substantial investment
