DONT waste your time

I ordered a machine but it didn t arrive I contacted seller so many times via email which many were ignored I rang and was told I m too busy to speak to you all day Charming as my 829 machine was missing a month after ordering Customer service lessons very much required by this company and I m still waiting for my refund after ordering on 31 3 22 I have also started the charge back process as I don t believe a word this company say No consideration of the customer expecting the goods that they have paid for

Shocking delivery and customer service

If their website says the item is in stock don t believe it Ordered a grinder and espresso machine which were both showing in stock 15 days later I m still waiting to confirm they are despatched I have contact customer service on a number of occasions and they have now provided 2 committed despatch dates - both dates were missed Still waiting for my items to be shipped

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company The owner Matteo has lied constantly to me about the delivery of the Ceado e37s grinder I purchased I have had to file a Section 75 with my bank to try and get my money back If the price is too good to be true then it certainly is with this company

Awful Custome Service They lied and are now ignoring emails

Before buying a coffee machine I called to ask if the machine included 20 vat as we can claim this back which they said it did After receiving the machine from Italy idmt was clear no vat was included therefore cheating us out of 20 After numerous emails the company is now just ignoring me and is not interested in sorting this matter I want to return the machine as it is expensive for what it is and they are just ignoring me If anyone there is interested in sorting this matter please contact Harry at Simply PerformanceUpdate they have completely missed the point How can you say that an item includes 20 UK vat then send an item from Italy which has no tax which is claimable for a UK business How they do not understand this is baffling

Bad customer service

I bought a gaggia magenta prestige to be delivered to the UK which came with a European plug and without the coffee beans as a present Contacted customer service and the only thing they did was attaching an invoice where it said that I received it Why would I lie about it Really hoping that the machine works fine as dealing with them looks hopeless Really bad customer service

Long wait and sent the wrong model

After waiting 4 weeks for my coffee grinder to arrive during which time their customer services team was extremely slow to respond and unhelpful they sent me the wrong model I will now have to ship it back to Italy and wait for the right one which I presume will take another few weeks Don t buy from this company

Refused to replace broken part

Bought a Gaggia Cordona back in February Within 6 months a small plastic spring in a part which requires daily cleaning broke Caff Italia positively REFUSED to replace it contrary to the Consumer Rights Act 2015 So if you buy from them don t expect them to honour the guarantee because they can t even comply with the law And they say they are law abiding - so where is the company name and company registration number on the website Illegal under Company Trading Disclosure Regulations 2008 And is JTS ADv Ltd short for JTS Advertising LTD Their holding company Trading whilst dissolved is illegal as well

Do NOT buy through them - they are NOT authorised dealers for Gaggia

Their website declares in the FAQ that Yes we are authorized dealers for all the product we advertise This is NOT true for Gaggia Bought a Gaggia Classic Evo Pro 2023 model which has a warranty issue Now I am having to pay 30 to have it shipped and returned with Gaggia I was duped and now have a grey import - go to the Gaggia website and it will direct you to the only authorised reseller in the UK

DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY

DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY Took a long time to arrive and was faulty They would not accept the machine was defective despite video evidence showing an obvious leak Patronising email tried to tell me I was grinding the coffee incorrectly which was in direct contradiction to the written instructions included with the machine I ended up having to pay 43 for the parcel to be returned Suddenly it had to go to Italy not London as was originally described I phoned to chase the refund and they hung up I only phoned once Subsequent emails were also ignored Money was eventually refunded following intervention from my Bank but has taken 3 months for this solution I have been unable to get the 43 pound return charge back Avoid at all costs

Bizarre after sales experience

Bought a coffee machine on coffeeitalia nl We did not like the machine primarily due to personal preferences and requested to return it The return process is very cumbersome had to request a return label several times You then have to phone the courier to organise a pickup After a week I checked if the machine arrived at the return address it did so I followed up re refund it s now a month later 4 months post purchase and still no refund
