Excellent service fast delivery

I am surprised at negative reviews from previous customers Exxpozed was the only online store who had in stock the item I want but I was in 2 minds after seeing the bad reviews then I just took the chance and ordered Right away very prompt service I got email notifications My item was posted by tracked DHL I am overseas and yet I still received my order from Exxpozed within 4 working days Excellent

To counter all the bad reviews I didn t receive a confirmation mail but called the customer service Quite fast I got a friendly employee on the line who confirmed my order had been received I was still in doubt because of all the bad reviews Few days later I received a mail with parcel tracking Today I received the right products on time promised delivery time was 3-5 days delivered in 4

Initially having read previous reviews I wasn t sure if I should order from exxpozed - luckily everything went smoothly Yes shipping took a while but that seems normal for something coming from Germany and especially during current times Tracking was regularly updated and easily accessible Would definitely order from them again

I found a pair of North Face trousers but as I hadn t heard of this retailer I searched for reviews The negative ones nearly put me off but I really wanted the trousers so decided to give it a go I m so pleased I did The trousers arrived within a week which is what they said and they are perfect It does seem a bit hit and miss but from my own experience they ve been great and I would use again

Some people are so dumb

Sick of reading reviews by fellow UK customers complaining about the import tax It couldn t be any clearer when ordering if you actually took time to read things through before throwing your money around then it would have been clear The fact that you are all too stupid to read it for yourself when clearly other people can with no issue just shows your lack of common sense and literacy skills Received order within 10 days of ordering very happy Slightly odd that when I placed an order for another item I then got a message saying out of stock when it didn t state that at time of order However first order went swimmingly Very happy so far

Ordered North face quest jacket I had been searching for my size and the colour I wanted for a while ordered off exxpozed then checked reviews and was very worried Order arrived yesterday very pleased with it and although it took just over a week to arrive I was able to track all the way No extra taxes to pay after Brexit Would use again

I m pretty happy with your service

I m pretty happy with your service but I think you should have all the size that I do not have to check every day if the condition has changed in terms of sizes especially applies to pants size xxl In the end my persistence paid off and I bought three climbing pants two Ocun and one Chillaz and I m really very pleased

Highly recommend UK order

Given the Trustpilot reviews I wasn t confident about ordering with Exxpozed from the UK However I cannot rate them highly enough I checked directly on the online chat if the item I was ordering was in stock before placing my order Order placed - shipped next day confirmed by email with tracking and delivered to me in the UK in 5 days over weekend so could have been quicker mid week All items arrived as ordered and staff I spoke to on the online chat could not have been more helpful Thanks to the team at Exxpozed

Fjallraven Keb pants

Yes Exxpozed sells items that are out of stock though the items eventually were restocked and I received them I always got a reponse when I sent a query and the responses were to the point and polite Post to Australia took as long as it does these days Nothing is going to be quick so be patient The items arrived as advertised Will buy again

EXCELLENT Ordered a pair of Fjallraven shorts online via shopping site idealo co uk After ordering I check the reviews for Exxposed I know I know - the wrong way around and found rubbish condemning reviews and only 1 5 stars on Trustpilot but was unable to cancel Spent the next 5 days over Easter hols worried I d have a fat VAT Postage UK tax to pay and that I d been duped HOWEVER I need not have stressed All arrived well on time and no extra hidden costs to pay due to EU UK export import issues Exxpozed sorted it all out I m really pleased with their service and would definitely buy from Exxposed again
