After reading a lot of reviews I was dubious about buying from this company however I took the plunge and ordered a winter parka and t-shirt Order confirmation was acknowledged within the hour and a further email gave me tracking status after they were sent which was updated regularly Goods took a week to arrive from Germany reasonable time-scale I think Helly Hansen coat and t-shirt were as described Would use them again

I ordered from eXXpozed on 30 January paid via PayPal received my order notification and then didn t hear anything more for nearly a week Having read really negative reviews I started to panic and contacted the UK helpline on 6 Feb who chased my order up whilst explaining to me that the German-based company were currently overwhelmed with orders and queries I received an email from Germany the next day explaining that my item might be delayed because it might have been out of stock when I ordered and so would need to be ordered in which I agree could have been a little more precise but almost the next day I got a notification that it had been dispatched on 9 Feb and arrived today 14 Feb It was a Sweet Protection JUNIOR BACK PROTECTOR RACE VEST and is absolutely perfect Well packaged and brand new with all its tags etc I m very pleased especially as I didn t have to pay UK VAT since children s clothing is a zero-rated and didn t have to pay any customs duty because it was below the threshold of 135 including delivery So all in all great product at a great price much lower than all other suppliers Yes it could have been quicker and the payment system less complicated with all the different types of discount depending on how you pay but I can fully recommend eXXpozed and will definitely be using them again

Great company I was worried with the uncertainty on Brexit but my item arrived within a week great communication and email notifications with tracking Great company would buy from again

Delivery to the UK took 8 days with excellent tracking all the way I bought some mtb knee elbow pads at a great price I would be happy to use them again

Was almost put off by the level of negative reviews but took a chance anyway I had an excellent experience based on my own high expectations Product was correct pricing was competitive and delivery was quick by normal expectations

Came on here to give a good review since it looks like only people wrote to give a bad review I m in Los Angeles and I ve ordered from eXXpozed several times and never had a bad experience mind you I m an exclusive online shopper from both domestic and international sites The company offers outdoor equipment and clothing for so much less than you d find elsewhere or items you can t get in the US or other parts of the world plus the free shipping The thing that angers people is the fact that they have to wait sometimes a while for their product see what capitalism and mass consumerism has done to us As a smaller independent store from Germany this company does not have the means to accomplish fast international shipping and in my humble opinion if you have a vacation coming up with items you need to purchase it s probably not the smartest idea to buy internationally I ve also received that notice about back order stock but then the item came anyway and I ended up being ecstatic with my purchase Overall I like eXXpozed they re very communicative and a great price with hard-to-find items and if you re anyone who has virtue of patience you ll receive your item and be happy with it xx

I ordered from this company website on 20-08-23 and my delivery was just made today 07-09-24 via DHL but my package sat at Frankfurt international airport for nearly 2 weeks and then was delivered within the week in Australia once cleared customs from Frankfurt I was concerned making my purchase from this company due to the negative reviews but I really wanted some Helly Hansen ski pants which I wasn t able to locate anywhere else in my size and the colourway I wanted My first attempt didn t work using my Australian credit card - I received an order confirmation via email but my credit card was never charged and about a week later my order was cancelled via an email from the company Being determined that I wanted my new ski pants I placed the order again BUT using Amazon Pay and my credit card was charged straight away and my order was shipped 24hrs later via DHL I was able to track my DHL order and then it converted the tracking number to AusPost which was super I have now received my ski pants and I love them They fit well and are exactly as advertised- I would buy from this company website again although the shipping is a little longer than I would like the prices are quite good even with shipping Thank you for my order from Australia made it
