The prices on the website are great especially on a Friday when they seem to have additional discounts The drawback is how phenomenally slow they are with their shipping I always feel a bit nervous when ordering internationally and it s really not helped when orders just sit at a processing status for days and days after placing them - they re so slow I end up feeling like it s a scam Ordering from exxpozed is a hugely frustrating experience

Ordered Burton Driver X snowboard boots on 16th October 2022 they haven t arrived yet neither got any refund Contacted the customer care many times they later confirmed the payment didn t went through and provided PayPal link made the payment through PayPal link on 29th oct 22 and next day they inform me that payment was received but the boot was out of stock and i could choose any other similar product or get refund since 1st of November I have been continuously emailing them they don t reply even called there phone they keep you waiting without responding so if you want head aches and want to loose your money then go order from exxpozed Update 20th November 2022Finally after lots of email and reviews on website as well as raising a case on PayPal I have received my boots One thing is for sure this was the cheapest price for the boots compared to all other websites Packing was good and boots arrived after 10 days while on website they claim 3-5 days

I did get my last order no problem so thank you to them the price was very cheap But seems like you need to leave a review here in order for them to reply to you Paid for this order a few days ago and got an email saying they re received it but the item is not dispatched shipped Can I have an update please

My items were a few weeks late but did arrived Correct items sizes received They don t seem to reply to emails though if you have any issues If you have purchased like I did without reading reviews in advance it may still be ok

at my first order they told me the money havent arrived although i payed with credit card then the item just showed up without problem so i thought OK I made a second order new message it cant be shipped for some reason which is undisclosed No replies to my emails I see they reply here but i dont care about replies anyway i want my shipment so get sour sh t together Exxpozed or you ll be exposed as a scam I believe the 1 star is deserved because of such bad costumer relations and no replies to mails I checked where they have an office and I am happy to say they are gonna be visited by me latest in Sept cuz i will drive to Bavaria anyway wonder if they are the same ignorant when I am seeing them eye to eye DUPDATE my package is arrived everything included No comment I update it to 3 star for for the inconvenience

Ordered an item which appeared to be in stock But how unfortunate they just ran out of stock Chased after 1 week by tel -never got answer to my email managed to get someone online after 5-10 min got some explanation and promises chased again after 2 weeks by tel same wait little progress chased after 3 weeks same wait was told item arrived and dispatched next day Eventually received the item And received an email with a link for review but link doesn t work How unfortunate

Uodate a say after writing this they finally refunded me after 2 months of my order I placed an order for several items end of last year and a long time after ordering they said they are gonna be delays in the order Also a long time after having said that they sent me another email saying that one of the items I ordered isn t in their stock even though it s on their website and even though I fully paid for it Then they never refunded me for it and they re not replying to several emails I sent them about processing my refund

EDIT they did eventually refund me and process a postage slip changing the review to 3 stars as it did take a long time and hassle but they kept to their responsibilities Bought a Rab muztag jacket from this company to be delivered a small size instead of medium It was not clear on there website but it should be a small issue to rectify to return Although stated they will provide a return label they did not reply to any communication for 2 months since purchase arrived And this is after multiple calls emails online webforms I consider this rougue behaviour On top of this be aware unlike some other EU based companies you will be charged VAT customs and handling charge for goods on arrival almost doubling the purchase cost

I read very bad reviews and that s not fair It s true that they are not perfect but cut them some slack I had 2 successful orders and happy with the purchases As for my last order they did not deliver for two months but they made the refund when ki asked for cancellation I plan to order again Sheet happens get over it

Suggest to use PayPal as method of payment as you can get refund easily after filing refund by open case with PayPal I placed order withexxpozed 2 times First time I got fast shipping and great deal first order is only 1 item Since it was impressive with my first order so I proceeded with second order with several items A few days later I got an email notifying one of the items was out of stock and asked if I would proceed without this item or want substitution At first I picked substitution and wait for tracking number for a week but no response so I emailed again that I didn t need substitution as it had been quiet for so long I tried to reach them both email and phone call but no success Finally I filed for refund with PayPal and get money back in a few day My conclusion is if they have an item you ordered it will be fast shipping and great deal but if they don t have it will be problematic PayPal is my solution
