Excellent products poor customer service

Excellent products poor customer service I only every buy Hanwag gear from here the quality is amazing as always but that s Hanwag Sadly after a few expensive show orders I shan t be using Exxpozed again Huge customs charges lack of response on email I was told I d receive them 3-5 days on top of local transit time they weren t even despatched from the store until 3 days or so after I ordered Had them delivered to my holiday cottage and they still didn t arrive as they were held up in transit Had to pay extra to get the holiday cottage owners to take them to the post office after I had left What was the point of all that Had they have just told me it would take a good couple of weeks I would have sent them to my home address Very poor service at the best of times Not the usual high quality German efficiency I m used to I guess they were busy but 300 on a pair of shoes you d expect a little more Maybe I m out of touch

Disappointed customer

I have given eXXpozed more than enough opportunity to fix this before leaving a negative review I have been a customer of theirs since 2019 I have made 10 orders in that time Up until November of 2022 I had never had to make a return I received all orders and mostly around the indicated delivery time Therefore a 1-star review is not warranted I received a pair of boots in November 2022 that didn t fit correctly Unfortunately my wife had accidentally disposed of the returns form and I emailed the store about their returns policy and to ask if they could email me a new returns form I sent 3 emails in December about the returns form without a single response On 29th December I received the email that other reviewers have referred to For technical reasons we unfortunately have to close your ticket from December 12th This was a generic email and made no reference to the specific query about the return In frustration I posted the parcel back on 4th January with the invoice and a letter noting the reason for the return I also emailed the store to note the return No response I then phoned customer support in the UK worried about the complaints on Trustpilot on the 16th January and asked why there seemed to be a problem receiving my return It subsequently turned out that the postal company HAD delivered the return to the store based on their own records It was evident that the customer support person in the UK did not have access to the order system because he didn t understand VAT was paid on my order it s on the invoice and should not have been a customs issue in processing the return I m sure the representative thought he was being helpful but I felt like I was trying to piece together what was happening here in the absence of eXXpozed being able to process a return correctly I emailed the store about this on 17th January requesting my refund to be processed and again no response By this stage I had sent 4 emails and the parcel and received no response except the generic and unhelpful close your ticket email In the past I had emailed eXXpozed before and gotten a helpful response or at least best efforts so whatever is happening in the last few months is unusual but that doesn t make it any less frustrating It s clear to me that eXXpozed does not have a reliable returns process and I don t think the lack of response or delays in processing the return are acceptable The site is not a scam as some have said but they need to improve their customer service I would now be very wary of ordering anything that I may have to return EDIT 23 1 2023 I ve received an email from Anna and understand the refund has now been processed

nightmare to deal with

nightmare to deal withthey sent the wrong item dozens of emails later they take 1 to 3 days to answer each email and a month later I finally got a refund but no refund of my return postage

I ordered some Adidas Five Ten Freeriders through these guys as they were the cheapest online They were dispatched very quickly but got lost in transit No response from the company via email or phone Luckily I paid via PayPal so was able to claim back my money Still no product or reply from them Avoid

Can t recommend eXXpozed at all

I can t recommend eXXpozed at all Unless you re getting a massive discount on every other store save yourself the hassle and order through an alternative My first order was problematic from the start 1 They offer price matching but refused to do so for one of the items on my order as the cheaper source I found didn t have my size in stock 2 The site defaults to paying by bank transfer so easy to miss as you place the order 3 Their customer service department refused to help unless I rang a number in Germany 4 None of my credit or debit cards worked with the site so I had to pay through my amazon account which took a week to confirm for some reason 5 They shipped the item but it got instantly delayed by a few days I stayed home on the new delivery day and it did not turn up It was taken to a pick-up location which refused to give me it due to a problem with a third party pick-up code system Eventually I gave up and said they can send it back Who knows if when I ll get a refund

Following up from the earlier post - Anna has responded to say that the delivery has not been received - I have provided proof of this and hope that she gets back in touch with me again

Ordered 16 1 payment withdrawn 17 1 - item still not shipped o

Ordered a backpack 16th January and payment was withdrawn from my credit card account on the 17th January Here 10 days later the backpack still has not been shipped It is a bad and questionable practice to withdraw the payment until the item has been shipped And I get no reactions to a mail to the shop Judging from other reviews of exxpozed de here on Trustpilot wish I had read them before my purchase I am fearing that I now have to go into a looong fight to get my payment refunded so that I can purchase the backpack in another shop I hope I am wrong I have given exxpozed de until the end of the week to deliver my backpack - otherwise the order is cancelled and payment is to be refunded And I will involve my bank and credit card issuer in this case 27 01 2023 Update of review My primary complaint is that eXXpozed withdrew the payment from my account before shipping the item - and without knowing when they would actually be able to deliver the item This is a bad and irresponsible practice - and the primary reason why I now am a former customer eXXpozed has now confirmed my cancellation of the order and I am awaiting refund

Ghost company

Placed an order for an item in stock delivery for the Netherlands should be 2 to 3 days according to their page the item should dispatch in 1 or 2 days Four days later the status is in processing and no further emails or status updates have been received Send them twice an email asking them about the shipment status as I need it in the upcoming weeks to receive no response Absolutely rubbish service especially at a time when shops can operate in a pretty automated fashion My mistake was that I should have checked the reviews upfront here yet I thought this company was legit and properly operating primarily since it s in Germany UPDATE 05 05 2023After not receiving any response to my emails I finally received my package However it took 12 days instead of the 1 to 2 days that were promised for shipment from DE to NL When I opened a dispute with PayPal and posted a review the shipment was processed While I eventually received my package I recommend something other than this service for expensive purchases

Zero after sales interaction

Bought a pair of branded trousers because they were the cheapest around Arrived quickly and all good Small fault developed with the trousers so I contacted them for a replacement Auto email saying thanks for email due to high demand we may take some time to respond etc Emailed nearly 10 times over 2 months and nothing

Very disappointed with the customer

Very disappointed with the customer service received recently I ordered a pair of boots that were unsuitable and I had to return them They were returned on the 29th December and I am still waiting from my refund - I have emailed and contacted the customer service team via their website but had no response Previously they were good but this time have been very poor I am still waiting for my refund on the 3rd February
