Personally I would steer clear of this

Personally I would steer clear of this company as first they did not deliver in the time stated then when contacted said they were waiting for stock I cancelled which they confirmed but two weeks later they took the money out of my account and said they were now sending Eventually I did get a refund But for a German company I would have expected quality effecient service

Fraud - No stock - No refund - 6 months later

Edit After 6 months I finally got a refund Still would not go through the risk again but it seems like this post helped get their attention No stock no refund no response from customer service Made a purchase in February got the usual email out of stock Do you want a different item from our extensive product range In this case please contact us within the next 3 working days - Otherwise the amount paid will automatically be refunded to you No refund I have sent a few emails signed up for a call back but 6 months later I have gotten no reply and there is no trace from their customer service I am surprised they have not been closed down for fraud

I m still waiting for an update on my refund I returned the shirt more than two weeks ago and stil can t get hold of anyone from customer support UK-00139490Update I have finally got my refund back only after I escalated it through PayPal

I purchased a pair of trainers from this site which arrived within 2 weeks which was ok However they were too big so I posted them back 3 weeks ago requesting a refund I haven t had any communication from this company even though I have emailed them twice I am entitled to a 125 euro refund

Bought a jacket from this company and

Bought a jacket from this company and it took a little over three weeks to receive jacket After one week of waiting I explained I couldn t wait any longer due to jacket being a birthday gift for a family member I got no reply and three weeks later jacket arrived Obviously they didn t have jacket in stock and left me waiting until they got new stock in store Unacceptable And bad practice as a business

What is happening

Order a pair of shoes with a 20 discount a day later they emailed me saying the size I ordered is out of stock and said contact them in the next 3 working days for other products or my payment will be automatically refunded No problem I replied asking for a size down but no confirmation or anything so I m probably gonna get a full refund which is ok But the shoes I want are now higher in price becuase it s not 20 off anymore So as far as the story goes they advertised a product with cheap price then once you place the order they cancel your order and make you pay more for it

One month for a 3-4 day delivery

Ordered shoes that were supposedly in stock and deliverable in 3-4 days They took a month to be shipped in the end And I mean for THEM to send the shoes from their warehouse not for the delivery company to delivery them In the meantime I tried emailing them several times both in English and German I only ever got one response from them that was a formulaic copy-and-paste saying sometimes orders are delayed We ll let you know when it s ready but with no specific reason or revised shipping time This just isn t good enough

Not recommending

Totally not recommending anybody to order from this eshop Endless waiting time for answering e-mails I ve ordered boots on December 3rd On December 12th I received an email about delivery delaying On December 14th they ve sent an email about my ordered item being sold out and about automatic refund It s January 10th and they are not answering to any of my emails about the status of refund The worst communication I ve ever experienced and I still haven t received my money back After reading my review I got a reply via e-mail and finally received my refund on January 19th 2024

Late refund slow customer service response

On Nov 24th 2023 I received a confirmation email Your return sending for invoice X dated 24 11 2023 09 10 20 has arrived at our warehouse today and will be checked within the next two days It also stated Please be aware of the time period of at least 10 days till the refund to your account can be sent So I ve waited patiently for my refund but even after more than 2 months I haven t received my refund yet I sent multiple emails to info exxpozed but without a reply I also tried calling customer support but most often the message received is that no customer agents are available following a disconnect One time on Friday Jan 19th I called and was put in the queue at nr 9 After more than 2 5 hours of waiting I was finally at nr 1 in the queue but then Exxpozed disconnected the line after more than 3 hours of waiting I m greatly disappointed in Exxpozed and I would appreciate it if they could reach out to me and provide me with my refund Update 2024 03 25 I am happy to report that I received my refund on Feb 5th Thank you

Non-existent customer service

Item received promptly but the jeans are not the correct size - they have the wrong label attached I have sent 2 mails requesting a return shipping label but nearly 2 weeks later have not had a reply to either No telephone number on the website so I am stuck Have escalated to Amazon Pay Will not use Exxpozed again and would not recommend at all
