I ordered a pair of Fjallraven trousers and they took a while to come hence 4stars but they notified me there was a slight delay I haven t needed to return them and overall it s been a great service and good delivery updates throughout

I found them to be reasonable Ordered on 15th May and delivered on25th May I did have some concerns having heard nothing by 20th May so emailed them and received a reply on 22nd informing me my order had been despatched

Having seen a significant number of 1 Star comments I felt it important to provide some balance on the comments here on eXXpozed I ve recently purchased a ski helmet out of season and the price is significantly cheaper than the UK The item was dispatched after some 2wks and arrived successfully in UK It s important to note excise duty VAT is charged on items over 135 when they land in Uk Therefore if your item exceeds this amount it will then be held up in customs and by Parcel Force until this is paid by card over the phone another week This is not the fault of eXXpozed My take aways from this experience 1 Only order if you have time to wait2 The item is perfect as I did my research I don t envy anyone who would need to return an item outside of the UK to Germany with the extra costs and admin involved 3 Yes I paid duty on the item but it was still 50 quid cheaper than UK 4 Do not expect instant delivery factor in delivery times items being held in customs until duty is paid Delivery can be upto 30 days total 5 It s best to order with PayPal or similar as this provides buyer protection against goods not arriving 6 Yes I would order again but ideally for an item I don t need straight away and you are certain will fit

I ordered some boots and the product was exactly as expected A great price and arrived in good order Shipping took a little time but nothing to be annoyed about

Read lots of bad reviews from this site after buying my boots Bought some la sportiva Nepal eve gtx boots had them cheap 2 weeks went buy then I had the dreaded import charge Didn t pay the charge they got returned and I had a refund To be honest it was a fine experience Id check import charges to your country before buying is my only advice apart from that was ok

After i read all the negative feedback i was unsure because no respond to emails and after a while they told me that item was out of stock even website says in stock Got cold feet and wanted to Cancel but after 15 days after order my items arrived s i am happy and thx Exxpozed Bad Customer service but all good

I wad sceptical after all the awful reviews fearing I d never see my jacket or money again I m happy to say I received my parcel Jacket arrived at a great price Very pleased with my purchase Delivery not 1-3 days but if you re happy to wait a week or two then it s not an issue

I ordered two pairs of hiking pants for a really great price unfortunately the size didn t work so I returned them I was really worried because I read these reviews afterwards Turns out I was worried for no reason they confirmed the receipt of the return a week after receiving and refunded me immediately I felt it necessary to share my experience here because I think people often only share when it s negative which can create a false perception I had a similar experience with them 3 years ago - ordered an expensive item a few days afterwards I received a message it will be delayed because of supply issues I asked to cancel the order because I needed the item sooner and it was refunded immediately I am taking away one star only because of high return shipping costs - not their fault and I knew in advance I would have to pay it myself but didn t expect it to be so high from another EU country to Germany 17 EUR But other than that good service fast delivery and really great prices

Ordered from this shop as the price was great Then started reading all the bad reviews and got worried In reality i received what I ordered to Finland in 14 calendar days Home delivery with DHL Overall I am satisfied but there was a moment I wish I had more transparency about the order status It took a week to dispatch apparently was not on stock The initial stock status was not mentioned during at the moment of purchase
