After searching for a trustworthy E-bike

After searching for a trustworthy E-bike we found Isinwheel the best buy with great reviews And after it was put together we were satisfied with a well made good looking bike Including a leather seat Also impressed with the front light and rear light with carrier The instruction booklet included everything point-point for ease of assembly The video was very helpful as well We would recommend this bike to others

I recently had an issue with my son s scooter when the brake handle broke I reached out to the company and they promptly mailed us a replacement without any questions asked The quick response and helpfulness were impressive My son is thrilled to have his scooter back in working order Highly satisfied with the service

TL DR - excellent all round

Website was easy to navigate and easy to use Item was delivered within the stated time frame Price was reasonable for what they paid after import duty shipping import costs UK VAT and a fair profit margin of roughly 10-15 Product looks and feels well put together Quality components used I needed assistance with the product and sent an angry email Responded well within the stated 24 hour response time and provided detailed and useful steps to resolve my problem despite my rude tone that was not cool of me - have since apologised and even their acknowledgement of my apology was far nicer than I deserved Excellent service Would recommend

Incredible Customer Service

So I ordered an isinwheel S9 pro a few weeks ago and it worked perfectly good brakes good speed good torque However it had one outlying issue the battery was significantly underperforming I contact customer service and although it took a week I assume they get many emails to deal with I was swiftly helped by Annie over at the isinwheel customer service who was happy to help and replaced my battery and now my scooter is working very well Very good priced products with top notch quality and very helpful customer service Thanks to Annie I would strongly recommend isinwheel if your in the market for an e scooter

Impressive service and products

I have been really impressed with Isinwheel - their service has been amazing they response to emails very quickly and provide an efficient service My purchases have been very good and any issues with anything they are quick to help and replace items I would highly recommend them

Aftercare support

I brought 2 scooters for my daughters they are just what they we wanted I did damage a cable during installation and unfortunately one stopped working although I believe it was down to my own fault the team have been very supportive responsive on getting me what I need to get it working again Very good after support and customer care I m just happy I didn t order from anywhere else 2bh as I wouldn t of got the help I neededRichard

GT2 Off Road Scooter experience

We ordered my son the GT2 off road scooter for Christmas and he has already gotten so much use out it We did order a holiday special that was supposed to include a bike lock scooter bag extra warranty we ordered the seat for the scooter We did not receive the seat or or the bike lock so I emailed customer service So far our experience has been excellent with them They were quick to respond provide an outline of how they plan to fix the problem and sent us a free cell phone holder for our troubles We have received the free item as well as the lock We were told the seat would take a bit longer as it was on back order but so far so good on following through with their promises I am hopeful in the future should something not work on the scooter that we are working with a company that provides solutions and quick responses
