5 Nov 24 My U4 e-bike arrived today and I am really disappointed the disc brakes are not straight they were touching the brake pads but the worse part is that after charging the battery the bike won t power up the battery is faulty Very upsetting I will ask them to take it back 6 Nov 24I want to make a change to the initial review The battery wasn t faulty I just didn t know that you have to turn the key in the on position I give 3 stars because the bike came very well packed and protected and it seems sturdy the manual doesn t have a troubleshooting page the brake disks needed adjustment and wasn t that easy and the after sale service is bad I hope I won t need to call them again 8 Nov 24The bike is restricted to 15mph if you pedal super fast it will go faster 17-18mph but its exhausting Even to keep it to 15mph you need to pedal very fast The after sale service is nonexistent the bike is sturdy and well build but not very comfortable for long rides I suppose for the price is ok but I wouldn t recommend it because if you have any problems there is no one to help you With the restriction removed the bike goes 19mph

Due to the difference between the purchase price and the price at the time of his offer So there is no way I can give them full marks

Had a little problem with the controller but they sent me a new one to replace it for free So I m happy overall

Overall the company and scooter are good just with the scooter needs slightly more power to get to full speed

Apart from the delivery problems and the display that can t be recognised the scooter runs pretty well

Can t say too much about it emails get answered quickly I haven t been able to finalise the indicator issue Everything else has been great

The customer support team was very professional and answered all my queries making me comfortable They also provided fast delivery and tracking information after the purchase to ensure I received the product quickly

It s okay the overall performance is good for the price Compared to other scooters I ve had in my hands he s kind of middle of the road

Its battery life is adequate for everyday use though it dips slightly in high-speed mode This shortcoming doesn t affect me too much
