Quick response

A phone line for customers would be beneficial to company and customer for quicker response and problem solving I had problems with the delivery company and the scooter came late The scooter is excellent quality I am a 53yo male with limited walking capabilities a permanent lung disorder and this scooter gets me about with no problems to visit friends and shops Brilliant

R3 800w 28mph it does

Scooter is good I payed 500 my last scooter was apachie 400 but his chicooter R3 is good serious it does 28bmile hour and if u travel at max speed you will get 15mile I got 25 miles of a full battery mainly straight paths got LEDs n they look good Only bad thing is stand is in a weird place Scottishmanc0161 its mybyoutube full review on there also the brakes keep needing to adjusted noticed anything from chine brakes not good but overall good scooter well worth 500

Company answered my email questions within 24 hours they are polite understanding cannot find anything negative to say about them Plus the scooter is sturdy as well as been compact enough to fit into my car boot

I had great support from the team to get my scooter to me In 3 days I am very happy with the service The accelerator was broken when I tried to tighten it but I have asked for another and expect to hear from them tomorrow

We recently purchased two e-bikes and are very pleased with them We were promised two bike locks as a bonus It took a couple of months to arrive from overseas Our patience was rewarded with two bike helmets Everything is top notch and well made The service we received was superb We have recommended Isinwheel to family and friends

Ordered a holiday package deal for GT1 which I love they forgot to send U lock as it was part of the package deal Contacted support and it was handled smooth and quick Much appreciated
