The scooter was great until the charge ran out It does not charge I contacted customer services and they told me the problem was with the battery and someone would get back to me in 24-48 hours After more than a week I did eventually get an email asking for more details I would have thought that customer services could have passed these on Two weeks later no one has called me or explained a plan about how to fix this despite me emailing and calling 4 or 5 times expressing my dissatisfaction Very frustrating experience would not recommend this company

The worst company to purchase from I brought my son the 2 in 1 mini kid scooter it worked for about 2 months I emailed this company and never got a respond My daughter ordered the same scooter never worked at all it took them 2 months to email her the shipping lable to send it back PLEASE DONT BE THE NEXT VICTIM Money straight down the drain never again They don t deserve any stars

ZERO STARS - i strongly advise you stay away from this company bought a scooter for a Christmas present scooter would not turn on requested to return the scooter submitted all the evidence requested isinwheel suggested i take the scooter to a repair shop and said they would make partial payment towards the repair even though the scooter was brand new and has a 2 year warranty and anyone knows that unless isinwheel themselves check the scooter any warranty is void i was then asked if i had a multimeter reader to check voltage i had to google what a multimeter was at first i just wanted to return the scooter and to be sent out a replacement after 3 weeks of getting no where i requested a full refund at this point isinwheel refused a full refund said they would come collect the scooter and give me partial refund once they has assessed how much the scooter was now worth i have had to go through my bank to get my refund under the faulty goods policy and submitted a charge back claim i strongly suggest you think twice before ever purchasing anything from this company

Dont buy products from this shitty company Poor quality product customer service is doing everything to screw You over No reply dragin whole process Scooter broke down twice within 4 months Dont want to refund me they have fixed scooter behind my back When it has been sent back for refund Im fighting with them last two months No scooter No moneys 2 months warranty wasted My last comments from Facebook and instagram has been removed They even blocked me so i couldnt warned You guys I might even lose my instagram account

I just recently purchased the GT2 and got a flat tire on my 2nd ride I contacted customer service about the issue and presented a video to show the tire They Immediately Sent a replacement so I can get BACK to my journeys HOWEVER IT SEEMS THAT THEY ARE HAVING TROUBLE SENDING THE CORRECT WORKING VIDEO SO I CAN CHANGE THIS TIRE THAT HAS BEEN FLAT SINCE I BASICALLY PURCHASE THE SCOOTER I NOT UNDERSTANDING WHY THE IS A PHONE NUMBER BUT NO ONE CAN BE REACHED AFTER THE 3RD NON PLAYING VIDEO ATTEMP I SENT AN EMAIL AND HOPEFULLY WHEN THEY DECIDE TO RESPOND THIS CAN BE RESOLVED AND THEY ASKED ME TO GIVE A 5 STAR REVIEW AND THEY WOULD SEND ME A GIFT I DID AT FIRST AND THE GIFT WAS A USED SCOFFED HELMET Purchased on cyber Monday 2024 today JAN 6 2025HERES HOW IT WAS RESOLVED A 30 DOLLAR REFUND AND A SUGGESTION TO TAKE THE SCOOTER TO SOMEONE WHO CAN FIX IT SO NOW IM LEFT WITH THE DAUNTING TASK TO FIND A SCOOTER FIXER THAT ULTIMATELY IM GONNA HAVE TO PAY FOR A BRAND NEW SCOOTER I CANNOT RIDE FOR ALMOST 700 BUCKS JAN 14 2025

I ordered three scooters for my older children all three have had issues I have emailed the company months ago trying to resolve the matter as it s not just the one scooter all three have had the same issue I have requested a refund as I am still under warranty and only been offered to sent parts out which I had to change myself But did not fix my problems and now still ignoring me about return and refund Don t buy these scooters my kids have been gutted all the trouble we have had

Ordered scooter on 2nd of December as an xmas present and still not received 17 days later Phone number doesnt work was on hold 30 mins then it cut me off Iv now had to buy one off amazon so my son has it on xmas day When this one finally arrives it will be getting returned

Scam scam scam company Do not buy this companies substandard terrible products I reported the fact the wiring on the scooter I bought for my daughter was not connected on delivery it also looked like it had been used Terrible company not based in the UK don t answer phones don t answer emails Don t abide by UK consumer law Avoid at all costs Go to Smyths or Argos and get a scooter from a UK based company who abide by our consumer laws Filthy dirty cheating scamming scum bag company You have been warned

Extremely poor product Only suitable for a 6 year old even then I would not trust this As an engineer the bearings click the fold mechanism is dangerous it is very small and cheeply made and only goes 6 mph

Very disappointed purchasing experience I purchased because it said it would take 2-3 business days and it was coming from New Jersey It was ordered 6 days before Christmas and it was a main gift It never arrived Tracking a few days ago arrived saying it was being sent from California and it will arrive 11 days later then ordered There is nobody to talk to in the company to try to get more information The only way is to email and you get a reply back 2 days later that seems like an AI response So you have no idea if it is even legit I feel like the company just tried to take advantage of last minute shoppers to increase its sales And that is a really scummy business model right before the holidays Hopefully it actually does arrive now and isn t just a scam My son didn t get his big gift on Christmas and will see if it actually comes at all
