Zero double zero customer service After 2months and multiple calls they sent the wrong item and now no response I cannot ride my bike yet What

I purchased my GT2 e-scooter directly from the isinwheel co uk website Delivery was very fast and even arrived one day earlier than expected At first glance I had no issues Scooter was well packaged and super easy to set up But unfortunately it was faulty headlight unit does not work and tripped the scooters electronics once plugged in and turned on horn horn button is also faulty and did not work at all Power on off button is also faulty leaving me unable to turn the scooter off although it did work when turning on the scooter Scooter only turns off if charger is plugged in and charging Once charger is plugged out the scooter will automatically turn on by itself on full charge the scooter did not reach it s claimed top speed of 28mph It reached 15 5mph in rocket mode 9-10mph I m standard mode and 5-6mph in eco mode I contacted customer support via phone yesterday and the was no answer but they did call me back 4 minutes later They instructed me to take videos and pictures and email it to their contact support email which I did I have not received a response as of yet and I have tried calling multiple times again but this time there is no answer and they have not called back Overall I gave this a 2 because delivery was on time and faster than expected and because the scooter itself looks the exact same as advertised Feel free to contact me if you d like to see footage of the issues I faced

I had the scooter for 1 week and it s stopped working I want a refund but keep getting fobbed off terrible company

UPDATE - After 4 months and countless followups finally received the full refund - ----- -------------------------------------I purchased a scooter on Jan 30th and after using it for 10 mins it stopped working and not starting up since I have been trying to return the scooter as faulty but have had so many back and fourth emails asking for photos and videos over and over They have all the information needed and also sent the video but there is no action whatsoever Still after so many emails and calls calls NEVER gets answered or called back they have not sent out a returns label or agreeing the refund There phone number doesn t work and the emails I am getting in return seem automated rather than someone acknowledging and responding to it The policy does say 14 days no question return however their questions never stops and they do everything to not take back even a faulty product WORST AND PATHETIC company and customer service I have dealt with

Bought 2 e bikes Love the bikes but 1 has no power Really struggling to get this resolved We did a get a phone call from a real person h said they would look into it and repair or replace Not heard anything since and not answering emails or phone calls If not resolved soon will try Trading Standards I m really disappointed as I loved the bike

I can t say too much about scooter so far because I drove few times and it will be too fast to judge how works e-scooter but I was really disappointed when I bought e-scooter like a Christmas bundle with couple things for free extra but I won t received non of it Second issue is on the website is described like a 1000W motor and for me delivered 800W I can commit it is smaller because I feel it on incline road even I could compare with previous e-scooter with 500W and is little bit better so is 800W

The bikes are great but customer service really needs some investing in difficult to get hold of anyone

Scooter arrived late extra items still missing 2 weeks later Countless voicemails go unanswered you cannot speak directly even during office hours Chat never responded to even during office hours Managed to get one email reply and two calls back apologising and offering to find out more information which never happens I will be contacting my credit card company soon to request a refund via chargeback Update 16 07 24 - an email response finally arrived along with my products I fed back to reiterate frustrations at the company not offering a live telephone service during their office hours you always have to leave a voicemail and cannot speak directly nobody ever answering web chat throughout weeks of trying in and out of office hours and email response being so poor Glad I got everything ordered eventually Update 25 07 24Received daily emails since posting this review offering a phone call to explain delays which happened a few days after the date arranged a 15 credit and free scooter bag if I change my rating The business owner asked for five stars as a mother of two and it being important to her The call centre is currently based in the Philippines which has been hit by three typhoons hence the apparent reason for no direct calls in the past month The chat still is not working and email delays unexplained Whilst it took me writing this review to get a response I have been broadly happy with the outcome and agreed an upgrade to three stars Scooter quality is superb

So disappointingly slow it s unreal could of got a scooter for a third of the price that does about the top speed of this seriously disappointed for the amount of money I spent Quality feels good and came promptly just disgustingly slow

Hi isinwheel customer service- I just recently reviewed the GT2 electric scooter but the review got deleted I certainly hope that s inadvertent and you re not hiding information from the public If it was intentional I would think best practice would be to reach out to the actual customer to see what it is that you could do to rectify the matter In any case here s my review again plus images I ll post it again on your website and anywhere else that will accept it Unbiased reviews are important when making a pretty significant purchase without the opportunity to actually test the product In the future I certainly hope you stand by your 2 year warranty REVIEW 3 stars originally 4 until my 1st review was deleted Buying and unpacking Shows that it come with 3 free gifts - a soft case lock 2 year warranty Only received the case The packing was terrible Both scooters were spilling out of their packages and very little security within The grip board paper was peeling up on both decks We ve already replaced those with paper grips that have much stronger adhesive Lastly one had paint dings and touch up paint applied Hmmm Not a great first impression Performance These are our first escooters but have experience with Limes so little to compare to Ride isn t as smooth as Lime but tires seem sturdier knobby tires Also jerk upon acceleration but settles into cruise mode Throttle is quite sensitive Turning could be smoother Also within 20 miles we have both experienced issues- error codes and lack of acceleration when appropriate They seem to have self-corrected with reboots Electrical stuff The instrument panel to power on and toggle modes should really be illuminated Still can t figure out what the M is for Not intuitive I will need to check out the owner s manual Time will tell if the electrical components hold up and if isinwheel provides customer service when issues arise Recommendation I know I aired the grievances but I would still recommend this scooter so far For the price of one top-of-the-line brand with similar features you get two isinwheel GT2 scooters I figure they re not going to last very long anyway and it s a decent entry make model Overall I am satisfied with our purchase so far
