I brought a scooter from this company back in August and for the last 5Months we have had nothing but faults with it they keep sending out the parts to fix it but they send the wrong parts won t return phones calls it cost a lot of money yet they expect me to except there offer of 40 the scooter is faulty it s still within the warranty period they are refusing to refund or replace just expect us to fix it the customer service is absolutely awful if you want to buy a scooter I suggest you buy from another company as your be wasting your money

Company is an absolute corruption Had a scooter of them in November which was faulty Got hold of them and all they wanted to do was supposedly a replacement this was after weeks of complaining Even now this still isn t resolved there doing everything to try not to pay refund Company is an absolute shambles I would stay away

My experience with this company has been an absolute nightmare I placed an order over 45 days ago yet I never received the item Despite repeated follow-ups and assurances that the refund would be processed promptly I m still waiting for my money Each promise they made turned out to be a lie leaving me frustrated and forced to chase them time and time again Their excuse Blaming the courier In 2024 2025 that s simply unacceptable Customers expect transparency and professionalism neither of which this company has shown Ironically while they can process payments instantly on their website it has taken them over a month and still counting to issue a refund This is disrespectful to customers and demonstrates a complete lack of accountability Their customer service has been appalling with poor communication broken promises and no genuine effort to resolve the issue Instead of owning their failures they deflected blame and kept me waiting I had to escalate the matter through PayPal just to secure my refund and even now they are dragging their feet This entire ordeal has been exhausting frustrating and a complete waste of time I will be reporting this company to the appropriate authorities and advising everyone I know to avoid them If you value your time money and peace of mind steer clear of this company They ve proven to be unreliable unprofessional and completely indifferent to customer satisfaction Avoid at all costs

We brought a electric scooter in August and since September we ve had fault after fault they send out parts that were expected to change we have no scooter shops near us the motor has gone but then expect us to fit it s still under warranty they don t answer emails when they do it s to offer 40 compensation they won t refund the money for there faulty scooter or replace absolutely disgusting service if you want an electric scooter please please order from a a different company

Well where you start my child got one day on is scooter then it broke So I have been emailing back and forth from Christmas and STILL not sorted I was told that they would send out a part but still no part two weeks later trying to get through to them is a bloody nightmare I have sent multiple emails and one phone that he just kept saying yes mam I understand no you don t when your child is asking when is going to be fixed I will send it through to the other team but you can t getting talking to that team It s a bloody joke

I bought a scooter for my husband s Christmas present once it was unpacked and assembled he rode the scooter a short distance the accelerator stuck in full power on 3 occasions and pitched him off the scooter it then went in to a sort of limp mode and would not move before again shooting off this was extremely unnerving and dangerous Isinwheel are insisting on a video before we can return the scooter this is obviously not an option as my husband could and probably would get injured Isinwheel are not interested in these facts and are stating without a video we can not return the scooter for a full refund and are stating we may only receive 30 money back I don t believe this is fair or reasonable we have been forced to contact our Credit card provider as this has been going on since the 7th January be very careful ordering anything from this company there policy is obviously to make retuning anything very difficult

Absolutely disgusted Brought this for my son for Xmas Battery lasts nowhere near as long as advertised Emailing back and forth customer service is terrible can t get hold of anybody at all Very reluctant to refund despite obvious faults Intermittently won t turn on and now found that you can t even pump the tyre due to the awful design and placement of the pump adapter Company is corrupt Don t waste your money go to a reputable company

One star is far too generous for this sham of a company 300 scooter for my daughter for Christmas she can t use as battery does charge up Have been told to take it to repair shop Sent new battery this doesn t work either Customer service is shocking one email a day with that just tells us the same stay well clear I will be taking this further Got one upset little girl on my hands

Ordered a scooter 10 days ago despite emailing the Company numerous times and it usually takes 24 hours to get back to me they are not answering my questions I have had a notification saying it s out for delivery for 3 days now and before that nothing It s impossible to get through on the phone you wait for a while listening to a repeat message saying their employees are busy and then they cut you off Please please avoid this company buy elsewhere I wish I had I hope this helps someone who is looking to buy a scooter In the meantime I m out of pocket

Awful customer service As soon as product gets an issue you are lead a merry dance even with extended warranty We have been dealing with an issue for almost 2 months Lost days of work waiting for no existent couriers Requested a refund after weeks of useless time wasting and get offered a 30 voucher to get scooter fixed elsewhere NO you fix it
