Knowledgeable staff and helpful deliverymen

Both the ladies at the showroom were very helpful and made the choosing of our requirements easy and without pressure Both Nathan and Tyler who delivered our sofas were polite and made sure to demonstrate the constuction and working of our items thank you Mrs A E Snow

On going to the shop the most refreshing welcome and the delivery was just as good couldn t be more satisfied

Friendly staff Steve and the other assistant not pushy allowed us plenty of time to browse but very helpful when we needed help and advise very friendly and courteous good selection of furniture to choose from nice easy transaction with added bonus of staff not being pushy

We had the most amazing service from the guys at KC sofas From start to finish we felt no pressure to buy on our first visit and this was one of the reasons we chose to buy from here Would not hesitate to recommend KC Sofas to anyone GREAT SERVICE

Lovely showroom and settee and chair is

lovely showroom and settee and chair is exactly as we ordered two young lads delivered it and they were polite and efficient it was quite short notice to have it delivered and a removal service for other furniture would have been helpful

Great footstool that we decided to buy after buying our sofa from KC Sofas Great customer service and the lads that delivered were Great Would definitely buy from them again Overall a really good experience

Good experience from start to finish No pushy salesmen and good advise re having settee in 2 parts which was proved essential on delivery The 2 delivery men tyler and nathan from castleford were excellent and very careful An excellent experience all together

We went into KC Sofas not knowing what we wanted the sales guy Chris was brilliant we chose a sofa and said how long will it be as we are sitting on the floor and Chris said he would put this forward on the order form and we weren t disappointed Thankyou guys our sofa is fabulous x

Just an all round fantastic experience

From viewing to choosing to delivery KC sofas were top class we weren t hassled by Lauren when we were looking for our sofa she greeted us and let us go at our own pace she said if we had any questions just let her know I loved this kind of approach no pushy sales people bothering us When we chose our sofa she was very professional and knowledgeable a credit to the company We waited around 6 weeks for delivery and the delivery team were just top notch Rob and James were very friendly and polite they worked well as a team and were very good at clean as you go I would definitely recommend this company and will buy from them in the future
