took almost 23 weeks to arrive due to covid lockdownsofa arrived today very happy with the sofa and delivery was on time givengave 4 stars due to time

I had my new recliner delivered today

I had my new recliner delivered today by 2 very nice young men Craig and Jay I think their names were they were very helpful even when the chair came without it s powerpack the lads had one in their van problem solved Well done guys You would of got 5 stars if you took your the packaging away

5 stars if quicker

Wanted to really give 5 stars but a very minor loss for it taking the max time to arrive 6 to 8 weeks quoted and had I not chased it could have been 9 That said The essential bits Laura was great non pushy sales and was there afterwards for updates 5 stars Laura Delivery lads polite tidy and respectful 5 stars Product I am very happy it feels and looks quality and well made Thank you

Fantastic service beautiful sofas but wished I d waited and viewed in shop As I can t get comfy on the sofas Belgravia 3 and 2 seater Will never buy again before viewing

Great purchasing experience let s hope the sofa is as good

Ordering and delivery process went really smoothly and the staff were really helpful Delivery guys were very good Really pleased with our purchase apart from the legs look darker than we remember ordering the fabric is definitely darker Previous SCS customers so we will be interested now in seeing if it proves to be a wise purchase after reading some of the negative reviews

Had our sofa delivered by 2 brilliant lads Charlie Tom so pleasant and polite kc sofas should be proud to employ them got no complaints at all really satisfied with the quality of your furniture Mr Mrs Gregory
