Just went for a look hour later all ordered Dean salesman very helpful left us alone to have a good look round I normally don t see anything I like but there were too many I liked Dean answered all our questions measured to double check it would all fit in our lounge Roll on delivery now Hope it s all they promised

Great helpful and friendly delivery team They were quick and thorough They carefully installed the 2 sofas and checked that we were thoroughly happy with everything We were grateful for the advice from the staff in store who recommended splitting the sofas for ease of access This proved crucial as it would not have been possible to install them if they were delivered as single units Well done all round

Was made to feel welcome at the shop and dealt with in a timely and professional manner with a very knowledgeable colleague who sorted out everything without any problems Got the sofa we wanted delivered on time by Nathan and Tyler who were great and very pleasant and easy to talk to Very impressive service and we will be going back there shortly to get some swivel chairs for another room Highly recommend Kc Sofas

Sorry for the last e mail some went wrong I would like to thank the young girl ln the showroom for the help that she gave me regarding the sale of my purchase awas very helpful to me but not pushy like some sales staff I have dealt with thank you I would like also to thank the two delivery men as it was a very tight fit to get the furniture into the front also also they were very pleasant to talk to regarding the delivery thank you to all three of them best regards mr t brown

KC Sofas Chesterfield A brilliant shop to deal with a great selection of furniture good sound advice from polite staff I ordered a pair of settees which were ready exactly on time as promised the delivery guys were tops All in all a Number One service and the suite is fantastic and at a realistic price Happy Customer No hesitation in giving 5 stars to all concerned

Went to the Castleford showroom twice to browse and finally purchase a sofa The staff were so helpful and knowledgeable but we re not pushy at all Would highly recommend to all
