Purchased our sofa from the Lincoln branch great customer service The delivery guys Charlie and Tom were fab and did all the lifting They made sure it was placed where i wanted it and put all cushions in place before leaving Sofa is excellent quality great addition to our living room Would definately recommend KC sofas

Nice range of sofas

Nice range of sofas it took me ages to decide once chosen the service was good delivered a bit earlier than stated Charlie and Tom who delivered it were excellent very friendly and respected my propertyOnly slight criticism would be difficulty in getting someone answering the phone to confirm delivery date

Had a really good experience with Barnsley showroom shame it was a 12 weeks delivery but the suite was well worth the wait Tom and Charlie took great care delivering my suite directly into position in the living room within the time slot allocated Well done all

Very disappointed with cost and actions of delivery Your video showed it all really We ll drop it on the floor and go and nothing else For one fireside chair that was expensive Pretty poor all round

Only thing I can see going not right is

Only thing I can see going not right is the middle cushion on the sofa is going to flatten fast

Gentleman was most welcoming in store he was helpful but not overly and allowed us space to discuss and peruse Communication after sales was good and we were told when the sofas had arrived in Lincoln Delivery was on the day and in the time slot given The delivery men were polite helpful and worked efficiently

Fantastic from start to finish

Fantastic from start to finish Dealt with chloe in store who was very knowledgeable answering any questions we had but leaving us to make our own decisions Delivery was only 8 weeks so not too long to wait Then the two guys who delivered charlie and tom brought the furniture in and set it all up exactly where i wanted it taking all the packaging with them Would highly recommend this sofa company

100 best service and quality sofas

From initially going to view the sofas at the Castleford branch to delivery of our new sofa and chair the whole team were fantastic So very friendly helpful and knowledgeable We never felt pressured to buy and were left alone to look without someone continually following you around as they do in the high street stores We are very pleased with our purchase Delivery was on time made by Charlie n Tom who were excellent also Would 100 recommended checking KC Sofas out much better service provided than your usual Sofa stores Thank you to all the team

Great company Would highly recommend

From going into the Castleford showroom to deciding upon the sofas was a great experience Really helpful and friendly staff who were not pushy at all We dealt with Steve who was really amazing The ordering went smoothly as did the delivery which arrive earlier than expected - which again was really great We would definitely use KC Sofas again and would highly recommend
