Easy to use intuitive fast delivery

Some glitches when clicking on visa payment and some restaurants do not meet expectations 100 percent of the time but I appreciate the service alot Espically when I m incapable of leaving the house myself

Close to perfect

Very nice and very good unless you are single or you are not that hungry The reason for getting four stars is that the most of the restaurants have a minimum 20-25 Euro order If you are single or you want to eat less in a Sunday afternoon you can t But the rest is very good

Great

Ordering is very easy and there s often discount to be found which is a big plus They could add a few more restaurants compared to some competitors and not everything is always entirely up-to-date Other than the above things I have nothing bad to say about lieferservice de Keep up the good work

just the best

Lieferservice is very convenient and easy to use The rating service is good too so you know what other customers have experienced My only wish is that more restaurants would be added to the service ie Turkish and Korean food Getting some bigger chains involved Mc Donalts KFC etc would be also a great new idea

I wasn t really sure about ordering

there might be some points need to be modified for example search by food name e g noodle soup one thing also is that i have to call the restaurant to make sure he got my order it would be much better if the restaurants have to confirm that they got the order by calling or even by SMS best regards

Good Customer Service

I wasn t really sure about ordering food from this website as the reviews were mostly bad and about how the food never came etc But I did as I wanted to surprise someone who was in Germany for a few days So I went and ordered from a restaurant called La Salsa It was excellent we asked for it to be delivered at 20 00 and it came five minutes early Nice service only thing I d change the possibility to change language it was extremely hard to scroll the website in german Thanks

It s great

Had an issue with an order but it was resolved in a timely manner The service is good and we use them often The app could use some improving but I m sure it will adjust with future updates

Great Online Food Delivery Service

As far as I can tell Lieferando delivers reliably and on point The only thing I have critique about is when I order from City Pizza Oftentimes the delivery was too late occasionally even 1-2 hours too late If I perfectly knew this was City Pizza s fault and not possibly Lieferando s this would easily be a 5 star rating but I have no way of telling which of the two is to blame for it so I ll go with a 4 star rating instead All in all very recommendable though

There is nothing to complaint about but

Wide variety of restaurants Website user-friendly Easy payment methods The point system is a nice inclusion A chat customer service support could be a nice addition for potential problems that arise A GPS tracking system would be great some other food delivery services have this for their delivery drivers cyclists

I am generally satisfied with Lieferando

There is nothing to complaint about the Lieferando experience The app is superb the user experience is good as well However my only gripe is the restaurant rating system or the lack of it Most restaurants are not great for all dishes they serve We need to have a dish based review system that help us in making our choice
