Terrible user experience and overlooking the notes

First of all User experience in Lieferando app is terrible There are no options to review the restaurants even after following provided steps by Lieferando Furthermore some of restaurants are completely overlooking the notes even when allergies are highlighted in those notes Definitely the worst service Do not recommend

Since 2015 I have been working at Lieferando as a food delivery driver Since 2020 I ve got another job at Wolt too for food delivery Working on two jobs and using two different applications Scoober Lieferando and Wolt Partner Wolt I can say with full confidence that the Wolt Partner application clearly indicates what the client ordered and in what quantity The Lieferando Scoober application displays only the client s name surname address and phone number And nothing else It often happens that when delivering food to the client one or two assortments of food are missing i e there is no possibility for Lieferando drivers to check in the restaurant whether the restaurant employee put in the package everything that the client ordered Therefore there is a lot of dissatisfaction on the part of customers and according to our information many customers order food on Wolt It is a shame that since 2015 when Lieferando first appeared in Germany and until today this company has not improved its Scoober application which is used by food delivery drivers Wolt has so dramatically upgraded its Wolt Partner application for the better for one year that it s really nice to work and there hasn t been a single case when the restaurant forgets to put something from what the client ordered in the package because Wolt drivers have full control over what the client ordered with their application

Don t order from lieferando

Don t order from lieferando They never get their timings right this has happened EVERY TIME I ve ordered and make their website app unnavigable You cant cancel or ask for a refund or even call anyone Shambles I ve learned my lesson and will never order again Ubereats hasn t let me down yet and get their timings right

Delivery fees keep increasing

Why do they keep increasing their delivery fees when they take longer and longer to deliver food I live 10 mins away by car how does this delivery fee go to 10 euros That s ridiculous If I had a car I would just go pick it up myself It used to be 3 euros then it went to 5 now it doubled This is stupid and needs to be stopped

The worst customer care

I ordered to a restaurant was delivered in almost 2 hours for 2 small cheeseburger This was cold and difficult to eat Then what did Lieferando do Delete my review so that questionable restaurant can continue to serve this kind of food

Intentional and Extremely poor customer experience on this platform Why do you not have a dedicated customer service line Click on Where is my order It takes me to the actual time that it would take to deliver it Seriously I have been waiting for more than an hour and I need to wait for another 45 mins Do you not think I see it already Where is the support What is with your points program Very poor partner offers and the points just keep accumulating Why did you remove the Lieferando voucher I have so many questions The worst part is the customer support representative who would respond to this cannot do anything about it The Lieferando leadership team should take a good look at themselves after all the feedback that s listed here

Unfortunately I tried to solve an issue with the customer service before leaving the review I understand possible delays on delivery My complaint is to receiving prepared answers without them reading what I wrote and providing partial answers Not being able to cancel an order on the app They suggested sending an email that takes days to be answered

Rude abrupt delivery man

This delivery man named KEREM was very rude I collected my food from the hotel lobby When i saw him I said hi And all he did was took the food out from his bag and pass it to me with a very unpleasant face I dont know why I even bother to say thank you

Please bring Deliveroo back

Please bring Deliveroo backI am not sure why Deliveroo exited the market of Germany but Lieferandoo is of very poor quality due to 1 most of the high quality restaurants are not registered there2 i regularily get delays 30 to 60 minutes with my delivery3 The food tracking links often do not reflect where the driver is Often I get 0 min The delivery guy is close but the link still points to the restaurant but then there is no delivery guy

Just copy Deliveroo please

Your website is Not mobile friendly and the user experience could be improved The time tracking when ordering doesn t work properly most of the time the deliveries take longer The filtering doesn t work The information about opening hours of restaurant is confusing Basically I m using your service just because it s the only one available in Berlin
