Another food delivery company that never answer customer requests The order was wrong and they don t have a chat or hotline just an email in the past they had a chat and things were smooth whenever any order was wrong Now it s been a week no reply at all

Terrible customer service

I used this app many and many times and until I had a problem it was ok The last time I ordered I was in the street waiting for the delivery for more than 1 hour longer as the expected delivery time Then 1h10 minutes later of waiting I get the message your order has been delivered The deliverer did not contact me he WAS NOT at the delivery address and just fake delivered it I asked for a full refund and its almost 2 weeks now that I got no further contact on my request As someone who ordered from lieferando almost every week its sad to see that they dont really care about their customers to solve problems and maintain them interested into using the service and profiting from them If in a week from now this problem is not solved I will never use this service again Be aware

Worst delivery service since the invention of food The food always arrives about an hour late Often items are missing If they treat their customers so badly I can only wonder how bad they treat their workers May they go bankrupt soon

Dear all Never order by Lieferando anymore I ordered many times and the driver can t never find my address Very easy to find my address Never calling before if the can t find the address Worse service ever I stop ordering after many orders with Lieferando I am done with them

Absolutely unreliable I wait 90 minutes and then when everything else is closed in the evening they cancel the order They have absolutely no problem charging my card upfront

Worst app for food delivery Their customer support is worst than ever i felt in anywhere Noone knows anything Best service they are providing to call restaurant dor order follow up or anything What lieferando is doing just taking money from your wallet Try to call lieferando for any thing they do not know anything and they just disconnect call USE AT YOUR OWN RISK

Didn t receive anything

I ordered some food yesterday but never received anything All though i tried to contact the Store no one answered Lieferando wasn t helpful either they had no support to contact and told me to just wait

The food arrived almost 45 minutes

The food arrived almost 45 minutes later than announced If you only have a short lunch break that s a real problem The driver didn t speak a single word of German and couldn t find our office despite the signs We had to phone the driver several times and give him directions In the end the food was soggy and cold Conclusion Lieferando certainly not again

Should be illegal

On of the worst most incompetent and malicious companies Their service is non existent They actually feel surprised when you expect your order on time And their orders are late 100 of time That s not a joke or an exaggeration I order food 1-2 times a week And they re consistently late by 30-60 minutes What if you order 2-3 hours in advance and want it to arrive at the specific time Doesn t matter still 30 minutes late That s in a small town that has 0 traffic and 0 excuses And what if you want to contact them or make aware of their poor service You can t leave a review in the app or on their website cause both are currently broken And if you complain elsewhere their employee will act like it s entitled to expect your order on time making it very clear to rub it in that they don t guarantee anything and their order estimates are not legally binding in any way Also they won t ever refund you for their horrible service They are not even trying to do anything right because they have a monopoly here and they created an ecosystem where you can t do anything about how horribly they treat their customers I hope you go out of business asap and get replaced by actual humans

Got charged unfairly

Placed an order with Lieferando and got charged twice for a single meal Been trying to reach their customer service to get a refund for a week now not only is it difficult but they are completely unresponsive over emails Poor behavior poor customer service Ideally the extra charged amount should have been refunded to me automatically
