No receipt as always

I ve ordered many times and the problem is always the same - to get a receipt you have to contact the restaurant by phone Which is extremely silly - why would I go and get a receipt from a restaurant when the whole point is the food DELIVERY I can no longer use the service because my company won t reimburse me without a receipt I contacted their support and they told me to ask the driver Well I did that and the guy didn t have it either So there we are Basics are not in place after years

ORdered never arrived and money not refunded EDIT after one week the missed delivery was refunded

We ordered 35 euros of food it kept on saying that the food was being delivered but it never arrived until it said it was delivered but it was never received The restaurant doesn t have a way to be contacted beside a phone number of someone else who replied that they speak only Japanese and Vietnamese and closed the phone They didn t give us money back nor the food There s no support from the app nor anything on the website Edit post reply we did write both to lieferando info and support but there was no answer as of yet and the chat assistant didn t reply either I hope we can solve it Further edit Eventually Lieferando refunded the missed delivery it took a week to receive an answer but it is good it is solved I would put one more star because it was solved but I still think there are things to do better

I ve ordered from Berat s D ner

I ve ordered from Berat s D ner Pizzahaus once again because I live in Bottenhorn and here is almost no Home Delivery service I couldn t manage how to send this message on their site therefore I m writing here They are cheaters I ordered one items that are fixed in the Receipt but they are keep bringing other food or drinks most of the time and don t want to give money back Moreover their couriers always saying that have no change when I give them 50 and need 6 or more money back And food is not really tasty Don t Recommend this place

Quality of service

I have been ordering food through lieferando for like ages and was kind of satisfied with the service till very recent but now even when they have introduced service fee the quality of service has gone down hill The last three orders that i made one didn t get delivered two came with missing items I did get the refund and i thank the Lieferando for that but this shouldn t be happening to begin with

I have to be fair and give since I ve also had average good experience in the past But what I have experienced today in Vienna Austria is simply hard to believe After I have ordered and the driver was on the way - they informed me that my order has been canceled after 1 hour I have meetings soon so it will be difficult to find something to eat

Unreliable Unreaschable

Lieferando is completely unreliable Anything that is mentioned in the App related to Delivery times are never correct In January 2024 our last 2 orders did not even come We called the restaurants they said they have gave it to delivery We tried calling Lieferando good luck if you can find a number to call and reach a support person to talk they told us to clarify with the restaurant so stg like its your problem I cannot trigger any other support request App is no help for that Money gone food did not arrive Luckily after hours the order has been cancelled somehow and we received our money back I have been a loyal customer by Lieferando but as any other grown up they are not there for support Not reachable when things go wrong I will start trying Molt and Uber Eats

Horrible app not worth it

1 Only a handful of unpopular restaurants on the app 2 Delivery is unreliable I once waited for 1 5 hrs to get my food 3 No provision of customer support I unistalled the app and will not install it again

Order did not arrive and got a refund

Order OO0WFWHorrible experience I came back from travel on Sunday night and I did not eat the whole day So I ordered from lieferando the order was not confirmed for 1 hour I contacted the restaurant and there was no reply I tried to reach someone from the customer service no one replied either Till now no one is answering me I paid money for the food and a tip for the driver that never came and I didn t get any money back and I slept after one whole day of travel without food That s not everything it s also worth mentioning that this is the 3rd time that my order get canceled on Lieferando in the last 3 months Update I got my refund and a voucher the costumer service were really nice but replied 3 days after the problem occurred which is ok

The communication is lacking sometimes

The communication is lacking sometimes I wrote lieferando an email about an oder about almost a month ago and I never got a response I paid 10 for a mistaken order and until now I havn t gotten my money back
