Tonight I ordered from Fish Island Homeservice in Bremerhaven I ordered fish and chips and a aplesaft They brought my food and forgot the drink The delivery guy promptly went back to the restaurant and brought my drink as promised and for the little mistake he brought me some other drinks as gift I respect a business which respect their customers Thank you guys and I will surely order from you again

This app has a bad service and the restaurant as well We were in Hamburg with my boyfriend We ordered food from Asian Hub It was about 8pm the app said it would arrive in an hour it was 10 30pm and we received nothing the app said it was on its way The next day we saw the food at the front desk without the order ticket and name We went to the restaurant and they said it was not their problem Our order was for 41 70 euros We did not receive our refund neither by the restaurant nor by the app

Worst experience ever Ordered food got the message and waited for 1 hour Nothing happened number to call invalid - no one to reach - next time I try different ordering system If you guys give a damn about customers experience

Last time using this service I usually book well in advance Place order 2 - 3 hours in advance for a set time but it NEVER turns up Waiting like an idiot for hours after specified time It s like Russian roulette Status always shows it s being delivered but this is not true Never again
