Excellent support from Matki as usual

Needed a replacement seal for a Matki Shower door I sent a technical request through the web page which was answered by Esme within 30 minutes giving details of how to get the part Called up to order and spoke to Esme who made the order process very easy This is typical of Matki customer service Over many years I have needed help with parts and installation problems and they are always very responsive in dispensing advice and any necessary replacements I wish all customer service was this good

We have four Matki Radiance showers They were installed nearly ten years ago Alan Wilson came to undertake a little bit of housekeeping on the sliding door mechanisms His quality of work attention to detail and his demeanor were all first class He was a credit to the company

We recently had a Matki shower door fitted to replace an existing door They did an excellent job and left us with a bottle of cleaner and a cloth to maintain the glass This has almost run out and I sent an email to the technical department to ask how to obtain a further bottle as it is an excellent product I received a very prompt reply Very satisfied with my experience with Matki

I have had a Matki shower cubicle for eight years now and it has been constant use with 5 in our householdSo it goes without saying it was beginning to show signs of wear I call customer services for worn replacement parts They where very helpful an informed me to my delight through my product code that I had a 10yr guarantee From my installation information I was able to establish part numbers with them once ordered arrive very promptCan t praise them enough good solid product Efficient after sales well done

Hello We have recently had need for advice on our Matki shower We had a visit from Ean Luckhurst - Area Sales Manager who s then arranged for an engineer to come out We were contacted by Anita - Customers Services to arrange an appointment Mark Jones came to us on Friday 23 August was joined by Ean Luckhurst Mark successfully addressed our problem we are delighted We would just like to pass on our thanks to Ean Anita Mark who all dealt with us in a polite friendly professional manner They are all a credit to the team We would without hesitation recommend Matki We always use WC One for our supplies any aftercare from Kevin Wallis - proprietor - is always exceptional With best wishesSheila Brian Diner

Ordered a replacement seal for my Colonade shower - 15 years old but otherwise in great condition Item arrived within two days packaged perfectly in a cardboard tube Very reasonable price You can t get better service than this
