Matki Shower EnclosuresI ve had two Matki shower enclosures installed as part of a high quality total house renovation - I was told they were expensive but high quality One was a corner shower the other a sliding door shower Matki-One 900 Corner Pivot Door Side Panel a Matki-One 1200 Sliding Door 900 Side Panel Both were installed by an experienced qualified plumber carefully following the instructions however both showers still leaked After speaking to Matki and following their advice they sent their own engineer - who produced a report suggesting adjustments - they provided a number of spare parts free of charge so thanks Since making these changes the problem with the sliding door is fixed and the corner shower improved Important therefore the installation instructions are followed very carefully you have prepared everything fitting the tray and have square walls very carefully Overall Rating 6 10

My 10 year old shower controller
My 10 year old shower controller developed a leak I found the cause and set about ordering parts I found it difficult to articulate my needs but the salesman could not have been more patient and helpful When I got round to fitting the parts things were not so straight forward I needed quite a few sundries Again the salesman was exemplary and sent everything I could need by return post The shower is now back to its best

Really good and useful installation and post-installation sort-out service
I recently installed a Matki shower enclosure but found the door wasn t closing properly Matki offer a service whereby they will send out one of their own engineers to sort out installation problems or replace ageing parts My daughter - who also has a Matki shower - had successfully used this service so I arranged an appointment The engineer - Andy Bateman - was excellent It turned out the problem was a faulty part which he replaced under warranty Having this service available is a huge benefit of choosing Matki showers

Fast Flow shower trap spares
My Matki fast flow shower trap flange fractured after 16 years service We had replaced the cover over the years due to fair wear and tear so only need broken flange seal replacements Spoke to Esme who was brilliant - very helpful and friendly She requested photographs to confirm actual part All done by email and spares ordered shortly afterwards

Needed a pair of brace bars replaced flaking so emailed tge relevant details and follow up proof of purchase Brace bars sent priority post by Lucas Technical support Received them quick but realised I had received one wrong one L H not R H my mistake Re-emailed Lucas who immediately sent me another 2 braces First class after sales service and shower enclosure Great
