Superb after sales service

We had a Matki shower enclosure installed around 2 years ago and it s been an excellent product We recently contacted the company as we had a query about removing and cleaning parts of the waste outlet The technical team at Matki were really helpful and provided clear guidance on how to remove the parts which had a very tight fit We followed their instructions and I m pleased to say that everything is now back in place and working well again Very impressive customer after sales experience- well done

Excellent After Sales Service

We reported that a piece of plastic runner had broken off the top bit of the shower and a very helpful man informed us that actually it was under warranty even though we had only bought the house a year ago and the shower enclosure had already been insitu for a few years An appointment was arranged the same day as our call and Matki attended the next day sorted it all out and replaced the runner and two guides All COVID friendly and is now as good as new Thank you Matki

Had a Matki shower corner enclosure installed some years back and have been very happy with it but have been having issues with the door not closing over the past year or so Diagnosed as needing new hinges Contacted Matki had a response within 24 hours to confirm they would get them sent out to me without delay Very pleased impressed with the service especially from Esme Highly recommended

Matki have the best customer service that I have ever had from any other company Their technical team could not have been more patient or helpful My problem was sorted in record time Spare part arrived by the next post and I wasn t charged Excellent service

We had some problems with our shower

We had some problems with our shower door hinges and the seals which were not working correctly Online I got in touch with the company and almost immediately they kindly offered to send new hinges and new seals which were delivered quickly and efficiently These are easy to fit by two people mainly because of the weight of the door Overall the customer service was outstanding and much appreciated

Fantastic customer service I emailed asking if it s possible to buy a spare part for my shower and received an email from Lucas in customer support within minutes giving full details price and a number to call to purchase Over the years I ve ordered a few spare parts from Matki and the support has been exceptional If only other companies were as good Well done Matki and Lucas

Replacement of old discontinued shower waste

Contacted Matki for advice on replacing an old corroded shower waste trap Esme was very helpful and responded quickly with all the details for the replacement parts and costs I proceeded to place an order with her on the Monday and everything arrived by Thursday Very good customer service and would use again based on this experience

Great experience today dealing with Lucas

Great experience today dealing with Matki Needed help updating some of the parts on my amazing shower Not all were needed but I want many more useful years out of it so invested in some new heads and hose It s over 10 years old and some bits no longer available so Lucas guided me through the options and was extremely responsive Genuinely great experience
