I called Matki for technical support in connection with a problem that had developed with our Matki Elixir EX28 Shower I can only describe my customer experience as superb in fact one of the best customer service experiences I ve had in my entire life - and I m a wrinkly The technical support person I spoke with Esme listened intently to understand the problem asking relevant questions Esme then followed through by providing a costed solution Replacement parts ordered and paid for over the telephone and confirmed by follow-up email Parts being dispatched as an urgent action Brilliant I could not ask for more

I had an issue with an old shower trap cover Part out of production Matki technical support told me the necessary new part It arrived quickly and perfectly fits the old trap A great service fast response how often to get an initial reply in half an hour and a reasonable price cheaper that the main parts suppliers who couldn t tell me what to buy in any case

Fabulous support

Speaking to someone - Esme - who spoke clearly and not too quickly I m hard of hearing who was knowledgeable and wanted to make things easy which she did At the end of the call I was confident that I d been looked after and my requests had been comprehensively met Esme was a terrific ambassador for Matki so good

Phone call to arrival in 2 days

Following 15 years of use our Matki shower required a new valve and service kit It was not in stock but the manufacturer supplied having tested the part The order was telephoned on Monday afternoon and arrived on Wednesday morning Our amazing shower is back in full working order again Thank you Cameron and Matki for this exceptional service

Absolutely flawless aftercare service

I had a minor problem with our shower seal recently but I should also point out this was some considerable years after purchase Dealing with Matki to resolve my issue was absolutely superb Great to converse with on the phone initially - an easy stress-free process for starters Then the engineer who came out to fix it was brilliant too Cannot recommend enough

Superb quality showers - efficient and friendly customer services - very good company

Highest praise for customer services - professional and helpful We needed replacement seals for our Illusion Quintesse shower door frame - due to wear and tear from 6 daily family users Arrived 2 days later Can t fault the quality shower cubicle is nearly 4 years old and still looks brand new - and our en-suite Matki built-in shower door is over 15 years old and is not yet showing any signs of its age Very impressed with the company the products and customer services we spoke to Matt and have recommended Matki to friends

Highly recommend Makita

Very very impressed with Makita Bought a shower cabinet 7 years ago which has been excellent but recently had a minor problem with door Contacted Graham Makita Technical Department who immediately arranged a visit by the engineer Tony Crane Tony wore overshoes safety mask was extremely courteous and promptly fixed the door which now works a treat Thank you Makita a truly professional company

This review is to give recognition to the Matki technical department specifically Josh for the brilliant support and advice over a number of calls this week He understood and advised immediately on the issues I had Not often I make these kind of missives but felt the need to as I find these days the level of response they provided is rare ie Quick knowledgeable very helpful and friendly

Excellent service

From the first phone call to the finishing of the job the service has been excellent I needed to replace a broken part but didn t know what to reorder The technical department sorted it out Technician appointment arranged very quickly Part fitted The shower was out of warranty but everything was done free of charge Brilliant Very rarely to you get this sort of attention from companies Well done Matki

Professional efficient and courteous engineer

Our 12 year old shower was in need of much repair An excellent engineer Spencer Anderson came to our rescue He was on time efficient courteous professional diligent and extremely thorough He explained the problems of the shower doors that were not aligned split plastic seals hard water etc and put everything right If ever you need a service engineer Spencer Anderson is your man
