My daughter loved the very ornate frame I bought for her birthday It arrived in good time but unfortunately it arrived with broken glass I contacted Memory Box and they got straight on to it and sent out a new pane of glass Excellent customer service

Super quick delivery

Overall a really good service and my purchase arrived very quickly The only very slight niggle is that when I placed the order I didn t get a confirmation email so I wasn t 1000 sure the order had gone through until it arrived on my doorstep
