Awful ordered a champagne frame It s gold against champagne card and whey won t return despite saying on their terms ans conditions So stuck with two useless frames Horrific customer service

Placed an order on 30th July for X5 frames and a couple of prints costing 100 A few hours later received an automated email stating supplier delays mean order won t be dispatched until 11 08 do I want to wait with a 10 refund or cancel for a full refund I opted for a 10 refund as I really need a specific size frame however 2 weeks later and I still have not received it I ve had no communication to say the order has now been dispatched since 11 08 It s impossible to find a contact number on the website and I have sent an email with no reply I will will wait a few more days if not will have to request a chargeback via my bank Disappointed and I would not recommend

Terrible experience Edited following the seller s reply Received a frame with a dotted pattern that looks dirty The frame is scratched and badly assembled not to mention that the dotted so called pattern looks more like a painting job that s gone wrong than a design feature The dots are only visible when you opt for the 3D view and not the presented image Still they refused to cover for the return even when I wanted a replacement with a more expensive frame Had to return it on my own expense even though the website says they will cover the return Still chasing them for a refund The literally advertise lies on their website Shop somewhere else is my advice

I asked for a frame for my picture 46cms x 46cms they sent me a frame of 45cms x 45cms and said your picture sits in the rebate i said but now i have lost 1cms of picture photo all around No refund no returns

Paid 15 for overnight shipping no update on order-status a week later even though I d contacted Memory-box s contact email multiple times Contact number is disconnected and the only way to reach them is via email or through their form Shipping to a London address shouldn t be this difficult nor should garnering a response from the business

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE i know theres some good reviews but please read the bad ones so many people got stolen their money the custom service is non-existent how funny that they responded within an hour when i needed to change my delivery method but when i tried contacting them about my order that never appeared at my door they suddendly disappeared from this universe after 6 months i still havent recieved my order and never will thankfully i got refunded by my bank after multiple tries but PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM MEMORY BOX

Paid extra for saturday delivery but it never turned up Finally got hold of memory box after telephone number on their site being disconnected and no one replying to email and they said they would send the following day Still not received my order and no emails to confirm it has even been dispatched Starting to think this is a fraudulent company DO NOT USE

I strongly recommend you have nothing to do with this company Their service is awful missed Christmas despite ordering in plenty of time they send meaningless delivery updates and offer no scope for returns I tried and just got what were probably pre-written patronising responses They even asked if enquirers could refrain from sending more than one email because they are awfully busy

Ordered some frames via Etsy They arrived damaged poor quality where the colour of the frame is chipped at the corners and the corners don t fit together properly On a dark navy frame the frame material underneath is very clearly visible Upon asking for a refund I was told this is not damaged and is how the mould fits together Clearly this is not acceptable and the company now faces the option of issuing a full refund or my card issuer processing a charge back Steer well clear Still awaiting a refund on 3rd March Reported to Citizens Advice who will report to Trading Standards This company is not adhering to the Consumer Rights Act 2015

Ordered two frames Received in good time and well packaged However mitre joints on both frames were badly aligned I ordered dark wooden frames so the misalignment was very obvious A4 size frames were almost 40 each so should be better than that Contacted company to ask how to return They sent me a very short unapologetic email with their return address I sent the items by special delivery at my own cost of 12 to ensure the items were returned safe and sound Informed retailer of the same They then asked when the items could be collected Too late by then Over two weeks after initial contact I had to chase for the refund including cost of postage I shouldn t have to pay to return their poor quality items I have finally received a refund for the goods but they refuse to refund the postage because they offered to collect clearly oblivious that their offer only came after I d already returned and told them Illustrating their inefficiency All emails from the company are unnamed short rude and they only reply when prompted Shame really because I ve previously left a good review Issues happen from time to time but this company clearly doesn t deal well with them I won t be returning a 3rd time
