Order took over 4 weeks to arrive and customer service was useless When it eventually arrived the frames were OK

The products are fine no way to unsubscribe from emails

The products are fine However they now keep emailing me and clicking on the unsubscribe link in the email they ve sent gives me an email address not found error Only buy if you re happy to be spammed forever

Good product shame about the overall service One item missing from the original order communication from Memory Box was poor and unable to contact them via the Telephone Number Online Chat WhatsApp or Email

Not the quality I would have expected

Not really happy with my photo frame Frame seems okay in itself but it arrived with damaged hanging part and the mount was not wide enough for my picture In fairness they replaced the back and the mount quickly and without any fuss so that was a good thing I was a bit shocked to find that instead of glass there is only plastic which scratches and looks grubby The second mount sent also doesn t quite cover my picture so all in all having spent over 25 on a small frame I am left thinking it is a mistake to buy something like this on line without first seeing it

Photo frame

My frame arrived today safe and sound however I requested and paid for an upgrade to glass glazing and you have sent plastic glass in the frame which I really dislike hopefully you can rectify your mistake promptly the frame itself is very nice

Expensive for poor quality

Ordered two photo frames which arrived reasonably quickly but did take longer than expected When the frames arrived they were so light that we thought we d only received one But we had both They were very flimsy and lightweight and the plastic used instead of glass was barely thicker than the film that covered it - it was very flimsy indeed The quality was very disappointing given the premium price they charge I gave two stars because I felt guilty giving only one We had bought a set of frames from another famous seller - these were half the price and infinitely better quality As with many companies they asked for feedback Unfortunately the link didn t take me to anywhere to give feedback Shame they can t even get that right Overall very disappointed with the quality and the price Will not be going back

Don t recommend

Very flimsy and not very well made The first frame arrived broken which has been replaced but packaging was rubbish Bought cheaper frames from elsewhere but wanted something other than the usual colours available in shops

Order placed on 2nd June

Order placed on 2nd June nothing received after one week before I contacted customer service Fault was blamed on courier and asked for replacement Had to wait another week and half before order was finally received on 20th June - that s almost 3 weeks since order Will likely avoid going forward

Drlivery company lost parcel

Ordered picture frame Never arrived as company lost the parcel Memory box gave full refund but needed chasing So memeory box did right thing but experience poor and its down to memory box to choose parcel company Other companies seem to get items to customers

Frames good Photos - not so much

Ordered 2 wooden frames and multiple photos from here Frames are good suitably well boxed courier good The photos on the other hand - terrible Many were printed in the wrong orientation meaning they were heavily cropped and are rendered useless Also the colour on the photos seems washed out on some and overly vivid on others Would shop here again for frames but definitely not for photos - there are higher quality and more reliable vendors out there
