Unhappy customer

Unfortunately the frame arrived but had been damaged Whilst I recognise that this isn t the companies fault I am extremely unhappy as despite me emailing via their website sending a Facebook message and trying to ring the company to discuss this i have had no response I appreciate that they can t control what happens in the mail but I would have expected some kind of response

Didn t turn up

Ordered a day or 2 after Christmas still hadn t arrived on 5th January so I emailed the company to chase it up was told it had been lost in transit It was a birthday present for my dad on 8th January with lockdown it made it hard to find something else with short notice First time ordering so won t bother again I did get money back straight away though

The frames are fine but received two

The frames are fine but received two and one had smashed glass Told them and expected to have another one sent to replace and have now been asked for photographic evidence They are really making a big meal out of a simple replacement of faulty goods

Poor quality and overpriced

We bought 13 frames for displaying photos at 230 the price isn t cheap but it s quickly become apparent the frames are extremely cheap There s chipping of the colour on all external colours The backboards are cheap and 2 of the hooks have come off straight away meaning the frames now can t be hung 2 mounts were missing which is really frustrating replacements being sent but not received yet Overall very disappointed and will not be using again To be honest I m close to just throwing them all in the bin and starting again

Unfortunately damaged

Hi I m only rating a 2 as the product was damaged The joint on the corner snapped these things happen maybe some bubble wrap Or something less plastic I m not going to send it back as I can fix it which seems an easier option than sending it back wnd waiting on a return carbon footprint

Disappinted with the quality

There were gaps where the frame is joined together at the edges which reduces the quality All frames come with a stand fixed to the back board even large frames that you would hang on a wall which I don t think is specified anywhere If I realised this I woudn t have placed the order as I was not looking for frames with a stand on the back

Delivery issues

Product was fine but our 80 order was sent to the wrong address We both live in the same road Apparently she had also ordered from them but her address had been put on my order by mistake I d never bet her before but thankfully she was honest enough to call at our door and my husband went to collect If she hadn t we would never have received our order

Beautiful frames but impossible to return items

Beautiful frames delivered promptly at a competitive price But only two stars as in my experience it appears to be impossible to return frames To return you are asked to contact memory box to arrange a return which I have done online several times with no response I ve also replied to my order confirmation email to arrange a return with no response This makes me reluctant to order from them again

Poor customer service

Their website had misleading coloring for the grey frames and when I raised this issue to them as this website issue was the reason I ordered the wrong colour the company did not agree to pay for the shipping fees to return exchange them They were very inflexible and not understanding It was not a good customer service experience
