The black frames that I received were slightly smaller than the coloured versions These black frames were also slightly smaller than the ones I had received in a previous order which I find confusing and little dissatisfying Obviously I wanted every frame to be the same for the sake of consistency

Frames were good value but I was surprised they did not have the stand at the back so they can only be wall-hung The description of the frame said ready to hang or stand - but no stand included I would have liked an email to let me know when the items were dispatched as they hadn t arrived within the specified time understandable as it s the Christmas period but I didn t even know if they had been sent or not

Everything was shipped very quickly and was packed very well so there was no chance of breakage along the way However I didn t like that you can tell the frames are made from leftover cut pieces and stuck together The designs don t match up at the corners so they look a little strange

Edited to respond- Quick delivery but way overpriced for the quality of the frames Definitely won t be ordering again Poor thin perspex too - Thank you for the offer of a refund but my point is that the frames are not good quality lighter than expected and whilst not madly expensive at around 11 for a 10x8 they are worth half of that I ve taken the awful hinged support off the back and attached them with removable pads directly to the wall high up

First choice got lost in delivery Re-ordered Second time it was out of stock Third time it took ages to arrive Only got given a small discount after complaining which was less than I d had off initial order so not great customer service Having said this the product was great once it actually arrived Exactly what I wanted

Product is good Customer service is non-existent

Ordered a frame from Memory Box as I needed a quick turnaround and they offered next day delivery Paid 10 for this service Frame has arrived on time and seems ok quality for what I paid However the frame is unusable as the mount I ordered wasn t included Have called but the staff manning the phone-lines seem unable to help and keep forwarding my query to another department for them to call me back They have yet to reply so unlikely this will be resolved before my deadline 2 days later and I have still not received any communication at all despite calling and emailing Nor have I received my mount I was unable to purchase a replacement from elsewhere in time which which means the frame is not fit for purpose I can appreciate it was a simple mistake but the lack of communication nor willingness to correct the mistake has now resulted in my adjusting my review to one star for terrible customer service If these reviews are monitored by Memory Box please send my mount that should have been included with order 64429 immediately I can no longer give it to the intended recipient but without the mount the unconventional size of the frame makes it unusable for anything else Thank you Update 2 20 05 Memory box eventually forwarded the mount a few weeks later and have this week refunded my original postage which is a nice gesture The effort to rectify the mistake is appreciated but it s been very very slow

Looks nice on wall but very flimsy - not sure how long will last

Very pleased with my purchase and delivery the only drawback - it would be good to receive an update of when to expect delivery or when it s on its way

Service was alright Easy to use however the robot chat is a little frustrating
