Ordered brand new switch oled and said

Ordered brand new switch oled and said available then they told me its not in stock so i cancelled the order two weeks ago and still no confirmation of refund ive already ordered and received another switch from a different store Got the refund in the end but took too long for what should have been 3-5 days was nearly 3 weeks of waiting for my money back

Here s some positivity

I had a switch lite since February and sadly started to discover my left analog stick drifting late April I was very worried about this happening in the first place and the fact it happened so early made me super upset The only logical thing to do was to get it repaired as it was still in warranty Booking the repair was super easy and had it sent off a couple of days later after a bank holiday It took slightly longer to arrive at the repair center due to the pandemic but it did get there quick enough Nintendo are known to be rather slow with their repair service so it was sat in limbo for about 2 weeks before receiving an email saying they received it Because it took two weeks I got really worried and emailed customer service for an update and got the email confirming its status the next day just my luck I did receive an email back from customer service about my query and I got good service they were very reassuring and gave me the answers I knew at this point but gave me some more information With the pandemic going on I was expected to get my console back within 20 days instead of the usual 7-10 however I got an email 3 days after they started the repair that it had been fixed and dispatched Free of charge too I guess that s what I get with drift as that is a fault on Nintendo s part and not the customer Reading the reviews and online forums had me worried about this repair but my experience thought long hasn t been bad I would have liked some more regular updates but overall not bad just waiting now for my console to be delivered back to me which is said to take 3 business days and annoyingly I wasn t given a tracking number so its a little bit of a waiting game now Update I received the email saying it was fixed on a Friday and my switch was back the following Monday I got tracking info the day of delivery from the courier that was delivering so I was very excited to see the text and email from them

Item arrived on time was perfect quality

3DS XL with Pokemon Ruby arrived next day as promised but the website is bad at showing offers which meant I missed out on a free case however a good deal overall

Great Switch Fast Delivery

Less than 24hrs later and my Nintendo Switch Lite in yellow arrived with the Pok mon Sword bundle Loving the console so far and brings me back to my childhood Well done Nintendo and thanks for the speedy delivery

I ve ordered several items including a Switch Lite and Mario Lego from Nintendo UK and all items were promptly delivered Using the Online web ordering is good but they could add an Out of Stock filter option

I WAS REALLY WORRIED BUT

I placed my order on Thursday 9th July 2020 at 5 53pm I did have to pre-order Maybe I was one of the lucky ones I then did receive my item today Saturday 11th July 2020 The only 2 problems I had was Nintendo took money out of my account but my item was still processing for over 24 hours which it does state they would not take no money from Your account until dispatched The other problem I had is when I received my order it was in quite a thin box which both sides had two gaps and you could see there was a Nintendo switch in the box without even having to open the box packaging needs to be a lot more secure when sending out expensive products

Delivery was abit slow but expected it would be at this hard time took a week so not too bad really Live chat was great really helpful when I asked questions about when to expect my order Always replied on time Thank you for my order

Took 10 days to arrive

I ordered a Switch and it arrived about 10 days later Got everything including the bundled game Animal Crossing and carry case Given that we re in the middle of a major pandemic I d say that s fairly reasonable hence 4 stars
