I ve downloaded so many games from the Nintendo eshop It s so easy to search pay and download I love how efficient everything is Once I have paid for a new game I immediately will get an email receipt confirming my purchase They have some good selections of Otome games which I love so much Good experience every time 5 5

I ve had good services from Nintendo personally I ordered a Neon switch originally and it arrived used returned and refunded within 14 days Then ordered when ACNH version restocked and that came in perfect condition with a seal Both items took less than 24 hours to arrive after placing order Only criticism is that they should use seals more often and stay off Hermes and use DPD instead

Good experience with Nintendo

Bought my Nintendo switch from Nintendo UK and had a very good experience with them Item dispatched and delivered very quickly and the console cost the same price as most other places plus I got a free case with my purchase I have also bought games from them as well and never had a problem therefore I would happily buy directly from Nintendo again in the future

Super fast service

Pre-ordered a switch with 3d all stars on monday was dispatched on Wednesday after getting the bank to unblock my payment-if you get an email from nintendo that says payment problem that s probably why- ring your bank switch came on thursday the day before the game released via DPD Very impressed was quite scared reading all the negative reviews on here but honestly couldn t have had a better experience

3 joycons zl and zr buttons had stopped working I went to Nintendo s uk site filled out a simple repair form online they emailed me the free postage label I sent them the items they repaired all joycons and returned within a week Thank you Nintendo and also for making incredible family fun games Just wish they would let you delink and relink epic games accounts on the switch console instead of the epic account being tied to that one console forever

Playing their Consoles since year 3

They are the best what can I say They have shaped my childhood in the most memorable of ways all of which have been happy memories I still have all their consoles and not one has broken down They support their products for an insane amount of time and their customer services is one of the very best in the world Other companies can learn a lot from them

Great service my son got a bit excited scratching the foil of a giftcard and after sending several pictures they managed to resend me the end of the code to use
