Had an issue with Switch Joycon drift Raised a support ticket sent it off From sending to receiving it back took about 2 3 weeks Good communication I had a query midway through and that was answered straight away After reading reviews I was expecting a nightmare

The reviews had me worried but i took the risk anyway i genuinely feel bad for all the people that have had a negative experience I ordered my switch lite last night and got it at 2pm the next day The service was fast and now I can get to playing animal crossing

Absolutely first class experience ordering two Nintendo switch neons only yesterday afternoon Both received this evening via Hermes as promised and shown by tracking Relieved as I had read poor reviews but I have to hand it to Nintendo - they really came up trumps for me

Based on owning a Wii U and a 3DS and several previous consoles I cannot recommend Nintendo highly enough producing some of the very best games As for customer loyalty I couldn t be happier the numerous deals they had on throughout the last couple of years as part of club Nintendo is great Free games all of exceptional quality reward points for registering games which you can use to redeem gifts Well done Nintendo well done indeed

I ve been with Nintendo since the Nintendo 64 as that was my first console I ve never been let down by them once I ve bought stuff from the official UK store 2-3 times and Hyrule Warriors Legends arrived a week early which was great I do highly recommend as staff are friendly and they do care about customers

Used the Official Nintendo Store UK for amiibos before and seemed good delivery in around 3 working days However I am extremely impressed with my recent order of a Nintendo switch lite console which was ordered for my daughters birthday Ordered on a Thursday at 3pm and it arrived the next day just after 2pm With the current pandemic in April 2020 that is extremely impressive I know it s run by The Hut but they deserve an excellent so well down to everyone there

After seeing so many negative reviews I was worried about ordering from Nintendo However I placed my order on the 30th of April the switch sold out in seconds but I managed to get my order through I spoke via my account to ensure my order was confirmed and everyone I spoke to was very helpful My order was despatched via royal mail on the 4th and arrived today I m very impressed considering the stock issues with the switch plus the pandemic A very happy customer

Fab serviceI ordered a switch lite bundle at 5pm on a sunday 19th April and it was delivered to me at 10 30am Monday 20th April cannot fault the service and the postage was free as my purchase was over 200 - excellent I was very worried when I read the other negative reviews but I m not sure they are genuine as they keep mentioning paying for postage on switches but they are all over the free postage threshold so wouldn t be charged anyway
