Great costumer service

I went to the Nintendo website to ask some questions and I found out they had an online chat Easily I asked every single question I had and Daniel Lowe was extremely attentive and helpful Thank you for providing such a nice service

I had Stick drift issues with 4 separate joy cons I sent them off to Nintendo repair U K The service was excellent took a while for the joycons to be returned but they were returned like new with the thumb grips still on Excellent

Great service

Had no problems at all- ordered a switch lite as a bundle around 8 in the evening it arrived the next day 11 in the morning which is fantastic with what s happening at the moment No issues whatsoever and would happily use again

I think you should lower the prices

I think you should lower the prices down to 120 pounds and the games 20 pound about and you will get more money because more people bye it then you get more money for your companyThank you for listening to my commentYour sincerely Harvey

Great company

Ordered a Switch Lite on the day of release a few months back got it the very next day Live chat customer support is always very helpful and all the games I bought from the EShop and all the gift cards I redeemed are processed instantly

Ordered a game on 8 December for a Christmas present Delivered 10 December Opened on Christmas Day It was the wrong game - my mistake Returned using Nintendo official process on 29 December Credit processed 10 January

I don t usually write reviews but i felt the need to clarify this Got my grey joy-con switch from nintendo website including physical copy of animal crossing ordered 4am on Friday received next day at 3pm Courier - DPD excellent all the way through the communication from nintendo by email was fantastic until the very end I was definitely worried about the negative reviews but my mind was put at ease shortly after Can t fault this service at all Also the online chat service were very helpful My items arrived in perfect condition everything works great Definitely go for it if you re thinking about it

Brilliant company

Great family oriented company Amazing games and consoles and great service I can highly recommend the WiiU console and The recent release Captain toad Treasure Tracker is an amazing game along with Mario Kart 8 The online store has always been good service

Lots of people seem to have had a bad experience lately with Nintendo but I couldn t fault mine really Ordered my switch lite on Thursday night and it arrived Saturday morning Have really loved playing it it makes lockdown much more tolerable

I was very sceptical but turned out great

I was very sceptical of sending my console off for repair after reading all these reviews about Nintendo ignoring the warranty and charging 50-60 for repair but that was cheaper than other places I got quoted so I thought sod it and sent it off packaged along with proof of date of purchase 9months old and 2 weeks later I get email stating the issue what got repaired that there was no charge due to warranty still being valid even extended the warranty another 12 months and dispatched on its way back to me so in all I was very happy with the service and won t hesitate to use again if needed but hopefully won t be
