Speedy friendly and everything dealt with in one call

It s my first time calling Octopus and I feel other companies could learn from it Despite being warned that the call centre was busy after only a short wait two songs worth I was connected to Nermin who swiftly helped me to resolve my growing number of questions random things I was remembering that had crossed my mind to ask over the past few weeks My initial query was one that needed emailing off for a response This response came swiftly and by the time I had 1 enquired about my balance 2 asked for a had processed a partial refund 3 had my email address updated on the system 4 enquired regarding any better tariffs for my usage we knew the answer to my initial query and I was able to tick it completely off my to-do list All in all a super experience Friendly swift thorough and responsive call

Octopus Energy really has excellent customer service as well as being on top of the latest technology and a great variety of energy plans to fit just about every need I particularly enjoy the fact that you often end up talking to the same persons in customer service thanks to a system where a small team services a small region Teleri who I spoke to today was friendly professional and efficient My questions were resolved quickly and well with no time wasted

I phoned up Octopus today about a discrepancy with my gas provision Sahal was supporting me with this and I can t sing his praises enough He was so helpful and kind He got to the bottom of the issue so quickly and explained it in such a way I could understand without resorting to any jargon or causing confusion on my part He honestly made me feel so relaxed about the situation and I feel totally confident that the issue is resolved now This is what I love about Octopus their customer service really is 5 And again big shout out to Sahal he s great at what he does Thanks again man

The person that took my call was really patient explained things clearly and got what I needed done Great experience I hate making phone calls as I am autistic and struggle with listening and sometimes understanding but I wouldn t hesitate to call again

Bazz in your customer service department was very helpful as to my enquiries about my recent application for a new heat pump Anything that he was unsure of was checked out thoroughly and he was able to access the answers for to the point he rang me back a few minutes later to reassure me Bazz was fully professional and I am one happy customer Thank you
