I was dreading switching supplier

I was dreading switching supplier as I had had a dreadful time with OVO Energy customer support for the preceeding year Teej was very helpful and patient while I attached Power of Attorney documents to my email to him His explanations were clear as to how the switch would happen and when Well done

I am a reasonably new customer

I am a reasonably new customer From the very beginning I have had very good service over the phone and when an engineer fitted my new meters My smart meter hasn t been working properly and I contacted Octopus by phone and then email I spoke to a lovely lady called Millie who was so kind and so helpful nothing was too much trouble She has arranged for an engineer to contact me to arrange a visit I feel so relieved as my bill had gone up drastically I would like to thank Octopus and especially Millie for providing such a personal and supportive service I know she is there if I have anymore problems Thank you so much best wishes

Referral Bonus

I contacted Octopus energy as I have not received my referral bonus Beth from Octopus energy has quickly reviewed my account and confirmed that it should be credited in a week s time Happy with prompt response from Beth of Octopus energy which doesn t need further follow up Hopefully it will get credited as promised

Excellent and quick replies

Had a small problem with billing related to export tariff Contacted Adelio at OCTOPUS and received a very quick reply Had to check something within the email and again reply came quickly and accurately Many thanks to him for solving this issue Overall excellent service for a relatively minor matter

We have recently switched to Octopus Energy and found the process very easy and simple We dealt with Edna who was extremely efficient and helped us during the process and the switch should be completed in approximately one weeks time We cannot thank Edna enough for her kindness and help throughout the transction

Quick amazing service

Octopus are so much better than any other energy supplier I have used When we moved into our house our gas meter was broken and had never been fixed by the previous supplier Jena on customer support replied within 24 hrs of flagging this and quickly organised a new meter installation which was booked in over the next few weeks Jena emailed regularly to keep me up to date on our case s progress which was really reassuring The engineer Shaun who came out to install the new meter was incredibly helpful explained everything he was doing and installed it within an hour I can t thank these two enough for all their help

Nearly didn t bother but

I tried to make contact by email to move my account from OVO got a very confusing reply and no reply at all to my follow up email Wasn t going to bother but rang today spoke to Elliott who made the whole process very straightforward his knowledge was very reassuring and the electric car package seems amazing value Very happy to have made the switch today

Thank you for unravelling my situation re fuel having been a customer moving home and finding myself registered with another supplier You sorry I cannot remember your name were most helpful in finding out all the necessary information and setting up a new DD This was causing me much stress and yoy certainly helped young lady Again thanks X

Recently had an issue with no email

Recently had an issue with no email requesting latest meter reading was unsure what I should do Sent email to Octopus yesterday afternoon had a reply from Pippa S within a few hours Don t get sort of service from other companies I have now been able to supply the readings required
