I spoke to Zak today to switch over my gas and electric to octopus and I can t begin to explain how helpful he was Genuinely an amazing person for the job and so easy to speak too Honestly amazing Thank you

Clear information and willing to help All questions answered quickly and professionally Very easy process to sign up and switch providers

Octopus was very helpful when I moved in Even when I requested for a refund they replied immediately I wish the place I transferred in has the same service like Octopus

Problem with smart meter

The gentleman I spoke to hamzah was very helpful He told me what I should do along with the help from octopus to rectify my problem He explained everything in deatail he couldn t have done enough He was also very polite
