During my time with bulb now rebranded as octopus my bill was massively messed up and caused me alot of stress and worry It took months for someone to listen to me and look in to it to be sorted When i left my final bill was hugely wrong and a couple of years later the difference of around 400 was returned to me After some months i was then offered 80 compensation which never arrived I emailed for 7 months to query this providing information and previous emails giving before giving up If you ever get through on the phone they never sound interested and you are usually cut off when they want to squeeze more money out of you you are harrassed with endless calls I do not reccomend risking using this provider despite the perks offered Look at the bulb reviews and similar negative ones starting to roll in for the new name thousends owed
