Almost no support often outages

We started with them a year ago - It was working well OHZ seemes like a pro After some time we had 1 week outage OHZ was claiming it was not his fault but 3rd provider s issue When we told we will leave suddenly all started working 2 - 3 months ago we started to have a lot of drops some were 1 hour outages some 2 days which we were accepting But when the outages became 7 to 10 days long we wanted some explanation but he stopped responding I was waiting for a response for 2 days 2 days services not working noone responding It was crazy I do not recommend anyone partnering with this company
