I have had a very positive experience with Pattinsons I rang on a Saturday morning for an appointment and Daniel arrived on Monday at 1pm By Tuesday my house was marketed with excellent photographs and a steady stream of viewings Within little more than a week it had been sold I found Daniel and the staff professional helpful and knowledgeable I also found Lucy Briscoe at Core Legal very efficient I ve had a positive outcome as my house has completed within 8 weeks I would recommend Pattinsons and would certainly use them again in the future should I require another move

Booked viewing appointments through Linda in the Blyth branch All went to plan the ones Linda conducted went smoothly and the ones with homeowners were great too I visited one property on 11th Oct had a second viewing on 13th Oct offered on it 14th Oct and sale was agreed quickly Linda is friendly helpful efficient and professional - a pleasure to deal with I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a property

We would like to thank everyone at Pattinson s especially Caitlin and Michael for their friendly and professional service during the recent sale of our holiday cottage We were looking for a reasonably quick hassle free sale but did not want to compromise on the price We were advised secure sale by auction would be the best option for us and although we were initially wary due to unfamiliarity with the process we decided to give it a go The whole process from our first contact with Pattinson s to exchange of contracts took no more than 5 weeks Everything happened very quickly on the auction day and the bids rapidly increased from a relatively low starting point finally comfortably exceeding our expectations before the hammer fell And at that point contacts are exchanged and the sale is legally binding for both parties so there is no worry about the buyer pulling out We would certainly use this method of sale again and would trust Pattinson s to manage it
