Rented a house with pattinsons

Rented a house with pattinsons after a year or so they started sending people to quote for minor or works that I didn t ask them to do charging me at least 60 00 each time they did this many many times I would receive the rent some three weeks after the tenant had paid Cost me nearly 1000 to leave them Best thing I ever did Don t go near these people They do not look after your interests just lining their pockets is the idea

benlaw grove no longer interested

We were supposed to have a viewing today and it got cancelled 20 minutes before because they misplaced the keys Absolutely ridiculous after having to leave work early having financial impact Not to mention a 40 minute drive It affected another potential sale who also arrived at the property along with us And unfortunately has put us off the sale of the Benlaw Grove property

Very poor service - Avoid Avoid Avoid I have sold a few properties with Patterson s and all I can say is their shocking poor customer service don t chase upSolicitors or clients who are purchasing your properties and then they have cheek to try and charge me more money for selling my homes Bullies is what they are and very unprofessional in how they handle everything Recommend Gordon brown as solicitor and they are appalling to deal with too avoid consett branch at all costs

Pattinsons are advertising an hmo 10 students at 10 st judes ter south shields or a man who is bankrupt and has laundered 100000 cash from trafficking immigrants and has gained the hmo licence in a fake name using a fake passport Patt know the business is not legimate or registered with companies house or hmrc yet they are still advertising his hmo which he does not own on paper He has police protection as he is the head of the mosque at south shieldsThis company helps people launder money which is a disgrace

Online auction is simply scam

Online auction process is simply a scam to rob both seller and buyers They advertise online auctions as an attractive free method of sale for the sellers and charge buyers ridiculous amount of 6 of sale price the money that could go to seller s pocket instead of Pattison s I asked them to relay to the seller that I am happy to pay extra 6 towards house if they agree not to go through auction but apparently they didn t forward the message

Discriminate against non-local buyer

They allowed me to bid for a property that I couldn t view as I do not live in the area and intended to purchase the property as an investment I was told my bid was the highest and in normal circumstances it would have been accepted But because I have not viewed the property in-person it was rejected If that s the case why waste my time with all the researches I have done and allowed me to put a bid for the property only to tell me it would have been rejected anyway as I have not view the property in-person To further rub salt into the wound they emailed me more properties on sale for me to bid as if I am stupid enough to go through this agent again to have my bids on other properties to be rejected as I won t be able to view those properties in-person anyway They should put a sign on their door we only do business with locals

Predatory excessive and misleading fees structure for auctions Most auction houses charge 2 of sale price Pattinson loaded 7 8 in various charges 23 400 for an online only auction Should be regulated fined and disbarred

Everything it s been a total nightmare

Everything it s been a total nightmare dealing with them I ve been waiting 8 weeks to view the property and still waiting for them to sort this out I ended up going to the property to find the post bow smashed off all windows open and blowing a gail through the letter box it s been empty for months and the bad weather we have had over the last several weeks what damage has this caused Ive paid over 7 000 for there fees it s appalling do not touch them

I went to view a property in Harrow

I went to view a property in Harrow that is being sold via auction by Pattinson The agent gave me the brochure and to my dismay I see that Pattinson are charging 6 of the property price to the buyer This amounts to 30 000 in order for them to hold an online auction for the property This is a daylight robbery and does not serve the buyer or seller well This fee should not be more than 1 5 I decide to not go ahead and bid

Pattinsons we re very enthusiastic from day one HOWEVER from the day of sale communication between their own Solicitors myself and the buyers Solicitors broke down My property was actually exchanged 2 months later than promised whi h cost me 1000 pounds in extra council tax Use your own Solicitor if you are using this company Gordon Brown are not recommended by me
