Durham Branch

The support and help I received from Pattinsons throughout the sale of my house was amazing They went above and beyond what they had to do and ultimately got my sale pushed through before Christmas This helped me so much financially and also prevented the family buying my house from pretty much becoming homeless I can not speak highly enough of Katie and Louise from the Durham branch Their communication was clear and proactive throughout the whole process I will definitely be recommending them to anyone of my friends and family who sell their house in the future Thank you

Fantastic service

Fantastic service from Keith Pattinson estate agents in Whickham We had been let down by other estate agents in the past and they were the fourth company we had used We were beginning to lose hope After signing up with them they managed to sell our house within two months We now couldn t be happier in our new home I would definitely recommend them in the future

Excellent service from beginning to end Phil came out valued my home and was very personable Property sold within 24hrs Faith was amazing in handling the viewings and the sale of my property Keeping me updated all the way through what could have been quite a stressful process Would highly recommend pattinson Thank you

Lovely people at Pattinsons

I had a bit of an issue with a property I was due to be renting and everyone in the referencing team and in branch couldn t have been more helpful Every time I called for an update they were eager to help and very forthcoming putting me at ease Has all been sorted now in time and really happy with my new home and all the lovely people at Pattinsons

Moving Home

I had great help from Pattinsons initially in selling my property their branch at the West Road were first class and I had plenty of viewings from day one Then during the sale of my property and purchase of my new home I had problems with the solicitor I had been allocated Wendy Pattinsons Sales Progressor could not have been more helpful during this time She kept contacting this solicitor for the information I was not receiving and kept me informed I could not thank her enough for her assistance during this time

Sale of Holiday Lodge

After trying to sell a Lodge just north of Alnwick on social media for 18 months I contacted Kelly at the Alnwick office We met and she took photos on the Thursday got an offer on following Monday which was accepted As executor of will was very happy to bring everything to a close Many thanks again
