Why choose Pattinsons It s very very simple from start to finish in the process Pattinsons were fantastic We needed to market quickly it was done in a matter of a couple of days The staff that dealt with the marketing of the property Morpeth office were friendly informative professional We had a viewing within a couple of days an offer made which we accepted The sales team at the Alnwick office then were on the ball making sure the process was smooth speedy we were completed within 12 weeks Just brilliant service from all involved at Pattinsons would 100 recommend

As a first time buyer I was nervous to begin this process and had no idea how to start ect Graham Nisbet from the Blyth branch and his lovely colleagues have been absolutely amazing during the whole process Without Graham I probably would have been completely lost with understanding all of the steps of buying a property so I honestly can not thank him enough for all of his hard work

We bought a house for the first time in years and had a lot of questions throughout the process Our agent Graham Nisbett from the Blyth Northumberland branch was absolutely brilliant He helped us with finding a solicitor and saw us through the whole process of buying Graham regularly emailed if he had any updates to share and answered our emails promptly It was easy to contact Graham on the phone if we needed to If Graham was out of the office the other staff at the Blyth office were always helpful Altogether an excellent service I d recommend Pattinson s Blyth to others

We had an excellent experience with Pattinsons Houghton branch Dan was very personable professional and an absolute joy to deal with Dan did a great job of marketing our property so much so that we were made an offer less than a day after it went live Sue and her team in the Houghton branch were friendly and efficient when dealing with any of our questions and as having not done this before we were made to feel reassured and they guided us through the whole process Would definitely recommend Thank you Dan and team

Thank you Rachel

My husband and I sold our house in South Shields and we were advised and assisted by Rachel from the South Shields branch of Pattinsons Although the house sale should ve been fairly straightforward unfortunately it was anything but that thanks to the solicitor we appointed to conduct the sail However Rachel was there every step of the way to help and advise us for which we are extremely grateful If we ever needed to we would certainly use Pattinsons again although we would appoint a different solicitor Thank you Rachel for all your help and support much appreciated

Great Experience

From start to finish easy and stress free process renting a property From the Sunderland Office arranging everything to the end Special shout out for Eloise who was a super star and turned things around very quickly nothing was a hassle Big thumbs up

Friendly staff and amazing service

Pattinsons North Shields were absolutely amazing From being able to see the property quickly to seeing the property numerous times when we needed to nothing felt too much for them Lindsay Craig and John were so helpful with keeping in touch to let us know what the sellers were doing and honestly this process took so long that we were beginning to lose hope of getting our new house But they kept chivvying us along and helped us keep faith in everything We re so grateful for their calm during all this 10 10 Would recommend them to everyone needing to sell their house

Prompt Sale great after sales support

The house was sold promptly and advertised in a professional way The post sales support was very good Thanks to Wendy Burbridge for all her support there in expediting things Compared to the sellers agent a certain colourful stone online company they were head and shoulders better Fully reccomend using Pattinsons

Great service from Bedlington

I commissioned the Bedlington office deal with a House to Let for me They were fantastic Jane came out and did the photographs showing the house to its best advantage and then it was advertised After 2 viewings a lovely couple from out of the area paid their deposit to secure Pattinson s carried out all of the checks to ensure that they were a satisfactory family and my house is now rented with a very happy landlord Thank you Pattinson s you couldn t have done better

Excellent team at the Consett office

We can highly recommend Pattinson Estate Agents Everyone who work in the Consett office are so very helpful In particular Stephen who keeps you fully informed all along the way Nothing is too much trouble and is always giving you updates on your sale All in all Excellent
