There was a reason why we paid the refund protect as being an elderly We were concerned that we might be facing some unforeseen emergency circumtances that cannot be justified by 3rd parties And it happened in actual Happy that the refund work while Waiting for another one

Excellent service speedy claim approval

When I purchased 2 Refundable Tickets from Ticketek to an event I was so upset and disappointed when I was unable to go due to a family member who I was attending the event with falling very unwell of the day of the event I couldn t go my own as the focus was the health and welfare of the family member I m in my mid 60 s and not very computer savvy and I was worried about not being able to do the online refund process which involved uploading documents etc Fortunately the process and hence the anxiety was significantly reduced due to it being a relatively easy exercise even for computer dummies like me and I was so happy when I received such a speedy approval notification of my claim I m very relieved and very grateful Really excellent service Thank you

It was great because i saw my actual report about fonesgo Fonesgo offerring me 30 refund for a software that was misleading I need 100 refund from fonesgo I still not seeing my refund

Refund finally

While I am grateful and appreciate receiving the refund the entire process has been very frustrating Firstly Ticketek s lack of response to my request for refund was finally acted on once the Office of Fair Trading intervened Secondly once I was referred to Refundable Me the application form met with many technical problems including failure to submit On at least three occasions I had to submit evidence supporting my claim and I lost count of how many times I provided my bank details If these glitches have been programmed in to deter customers then I m certain they are effective

I paid extra while booking the ticket in order to protect myself with any unforeseen circumstances which will lead to not attending the event However for refund application I had to fill lengthy details and forms including private information and documentation which I am not comfortable with

There is no customer service number to contact My doctor is requesting a form to fill out and will not help me without this form There is literally no way to get in contact with this company to ask a question
