I found it very demanding asking for proof of cancellation I paid for the free cancellation full refund option I should be allowed to have it done freely without problems if anything arises I m happy it worked out thought Thank you greatly for the help

Make it easier for seniors who is computer challenged

The Refund Team was genuinely trying to help which I appreciated But asking for proof of COVID test from a clinic or a doctor s note is out of date COVID tests are all self-administered now It was stressful for me as I had to bus over to my son s to get him to help me finish the application form I did not know how to produce proof for a COVID test I don t know how to Upload anything on the computer

They reacted quickly but it should not have been necessary to get a doctor s certificate twice doctors have confidential issue towards going into details of illness And it costs to get those And it should not have been necessary to provide more proofs of cancellation from other partners I was lucky to be able to but the cancellation bought was for the flight And implying that sending a copy of passport might be necessary which I ignored was going too far and against data protection laws But when all was done I got refund almost immediately

Fast refund process

The process did not take that much and got my refund however I appeciate if you could speed up the process for small injuries that does not equire doctor s intervention and therefore no doctor s note If someone is paying extra to be refunded it s because they want to cover any unfortunate circumnstances and not questions should be asked Thanks

Make the refund process easier

It could make the refund process easier as I was unable to upload the requested file to the website so have to email all my document through the email I have also searched instructions to follow to complete the steps to get a refund

Just when you think you ve sent them everything they ve asked for

I d just come out of spinal surgery and therefore couldn t get to the event that we had booked I thought I d provided all the info they wanted and then they sent me a second email asking for additional stuff then a third email asking for even more stuff I expressed my dismay at how they were processing my claim and told then I was glad they weren t my car insurance company Suddenly someone with some common sense must have reviewed my claim and they paid it immediately I just didn t need that stress -

Not 100 sure

Feels funny reviewing a company before a refund has landed in my account That s the reason for the 3 stars But otherwise seems fair and a reasonably good experience thus far

Proceed easy - didn t allow me to dr refund

The 1st time I tried to get a refund it did not work so I contacted customer services They told me to try again and if it does not work can i send them a scree shot of the error

Was a bit tricky trying to do it when my phone screen kept disappearing A phone number would be helpful and talk to a real person Hard to navigate when I am still suffering from a condition I got yesterday afternoon

Once I was advised on how to go about

Was easy to use but didn t allow for additional cost of medical appt as first noted in the refund policy
