My sister-in-law was I ll in hospital and unable to attend the event we had tickets for We provided a medical certificate and our refund was approved straight away

At first I thought I would have to jump through hoops to be refunded but it turned out to be a simple process Refunded me guided me through the process and quickly arranged the refund for which I thank them Having read some of the comments on this platform I was sceptical but I found that they are a professional company who do an honest job

Efficient and easy process

Requesting a refund for an event I was unable to attend due to a family emergency was an easy process and surprisingly efficient Thank you for not adding to my stress and confirming the purchase of insurance was worth it

My experience was excellent I was immediately approved and even though I m heartbroken that I can t attended I am so thankful that I paid the extra bit for the refundable tickets Absolutely amazing company and I will never not be purchasing their services when I book events in the future Thanks a million
